Тема урока:  Вкусы. Предпочтения. Цель урока:  Повторить лексические единицы. Усовершенствовать умения и навыки чтения, аудирования и говорения. Тренировать учеников в декламировании стихов. Научить читать кулинарные рецепты. Научить готовить по рецепту. Научить презентовать свою работу. Развивать навыки диалогического общения «В ресторане». Развивать познавательный интерес, память, внимание,  творческие способности учеников. Воспитывать позитивное отношение к изучению английского языка. Прививать любовь к англоязычной поэзии. Стимулировать интерес учащихся к традиционной еде жителей англоговорящих стран. Приучать школьников к употреблению здоровой пищи. Оборудование:  Карточки с изображением  разных блюд, выставка кулинарных книг,  карточки для работы в парах, карточки для работы в группах, скороговорки (на доске), продукты для приготовления блюд, фартуки и салфетки для организации работы и приготовления блюд, мультимедийный проектор, слайды“Meals”, “Fast food restaurants”. What English tradition foods  do you know? Do you go to cafes and restaurants? OСНОВНАЯ ЧАСТЬ УРОКА. Listening  1. Text “The fast food fashion”. T: Listen the text about fast food restaurants, which are so traditional in America and Britain. Read and say if the statements are true or false. (Вопросы записаны на доске).   Fast food restaurants started in America, but now you can find them all over the world. Britain is no exception. The food that you eat there is familiar to us all - hamburgers and chips, apple pie and a milk-shake or a Coke. Fast food restaurants are very popular with young people. I interviewed some customers in London to find out the reasons for this popularity.   One obvious reason is that you can eat very quickly in such restaurants.  17-year-old secretary Claudia Black said: “I don’t have a long lunch break, only an hour, from one to two o’clock. In fast food restaurants you get your food very quickly, so I always get to the office at 2 o’clock”. Another reason is that you can eat there when you want; they’re open from 10 o’clock in the morning to 12 o’clock at night. Claudia said: “After the cinema or disco, I can have a hamburger if I’m hungry”.   Fast food restaurants are also very cheap. Peter Harding, a bank clerk from Brixton, told me: “I can come here with my wife and two children, and it only cost about 12$”.   A lot of adults don’t like the bright colours which are a characteristic of fast food restaurants, but children seem to like them… and informal atmosphere. As Peter Harding said: “My children really enjoy coming here. Traditional restaurants are too formal for them”. Reading  2. Фонетическая зарядка. T:  Well, thank you for your answers. Spaghetti! Spaghetti! You're wonderful stuff, I love you, spaghetti, I can’t get enough. You're covered with sauce And you're sprinkled with cheese, Spaghetti! Spaghetti! Oh, give me some please. Vocabulary  3.  Контроль знания лексики «Food».  Practice T: Please look at the cooking actions and match them word combinations  with the pictures. Учитель раздает группам карточки с картинками, ученики подбирают  к ним названия блюд. 4. Сценка «В ресторане». Т:  Do you go to cafes and restaurants? You can visit restaurant in our lesson! Welcome! Ученики парами принимают участие в сценках. Ученик-официант обслуживает их. Dialogue №1 - Hello! - Hello! - May I show you to a table? - Thank you! (приносит заказ). - Please bring me my check. - Thank you. - Thank you. I enjoyed the meal. Dialogue №2 - Good afternoon. - Good afternoon. Can I help you? - Yes. Please, bring me a menu. - Here is a menu. - Thank you. Please,  bring me …  - What about drink? Would you like tea or coffee? - Yes, please. One black tea. .  .  .  .  . - Ok. Here you are. (приносит заказ). - Thank you. Bring me my check please. Dialogue №3 - Good morning. - Good morning. - What can I do for you? - I want a seat near the window. - Please, here is a table. - Please, bring me a menu. - Here is a menu. - Thank you. Please,  bring me … - Would you like tea or coffee? - Yes, please. One coffee. - Ok. Here you are. (приносит заказ). - Thanks. Everything is all right. Can I ask for a bill, please? - Certainly. Here you are. 5. Приготовление блюд. T:  Who can make a fruit salad? Сhoose what you need and prepare your meal. Use the recipes to prepare your fruit dessert.  Каждая группа получает свой рецепт. Ученики должны прочитать рецепт и выбрать все, что нужно для приготовления этого блюда. TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD Serves 8 Ingredients: 1 medium green apple, cubed, 1 medium red apple, cubed, 1 medium pear, cubed, 1 medium orange, peeled and chopped, 2 medium kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped, 10 seedless red grapes, halved, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 firm medium banana, sliced, 1/4 cup flaked walnut, toasted.  In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Drizzle with orange juice; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, fold in banana and sprinkle with walnut. FRUIT CRUSH Serves 6 Ingredients: 1? cups orange juice, 1? cups pineapple juice, 1? cups tropical fruit juice, 2  cups lemonade, pineapple slices to decorate. Mix together the orange juice, tropical fruit juice and lemonade in a large jug.  Put ice cubes (freezing pineapple juice) in each glass and pour the fruit crush over.
