Stage I
Hi, everyone! Let me introduce myself. I am a tourist from the USA. I came from New York to visit your country. After visiting it I am going to Russia.
You see I know very little about Belarus. I hope that with your help I will learn more about your country, its people, weather, places of interest and famous people. So you’ll be my teachers and I’ll be your student.
To begin with, let’s have a short warm up. Say after me:

Belavezhskays Pushcha is the largest forest in Belarus. It’s a wildlife park. It lies in the South of Belarus. Belavezhskaya Pushcha is famous for the bison and other animals. It’s a nice place to study nature.
Lake Naroch is the largest lake in Belarus. It lies in the North of Belarus. There are thick forests around Lake Naroch. Lake Naroch is a wonderful place for holidays. It’s famous for its clean water and swans.
Stage VII
As you know I am a foreign tourist. Please recommend me to see the most beautiful places of interest in your country. Say why you recommend me to see them.
1. If you are interested in history, go to the Brest Fortress. You will learn about the heroic past of our people.

Урок в 5 классе на тему «Почему я горжусь моей страной»
Цели и задачи урока: закрепление языковых навыков (степени сравнения прилагательных) и развитие навыков устной речи по теме; развитие мышления и внимания учащихся.
Воспитательная цель урока: способствовать бережному отношению к национальной символике РБ, к природе Беларуси, к ее культурным ценностям, воспитание гордости за свою страну, за ее людей и памятных мест нашей страны.
Тип урока – урок обобщения и систематизации знаний.
Так как данный урок это урок обобщения знаний учащихся, весь материал был построен так, чтобы знания, полученные на предыдущих уроках были закреплены, а также усвоены дополнительные сведения о нашей стране, ее природе, географии, достопримечательностях и великих людях. Был закреплен грамматический материал – степени сравнения прилагательных.
Урок состоит из 8 этапов. Первый этап – это фонетическая разминка, в которой повторяются наиболее трудные слова по теме.
Второй этап – сравнение 3 стран по площади, населению, и климату с использованием в качестве опор таблиц. Далее на этом этапе учащиеся с помощью таблиц восстанавливают правильную информацию о данных странах и отвечают на вопросы учителя. И в заключение, учащимся предлагается самим заполнить таблицу с разнообразными сведениями о нашей стране.
Третий этап – совместное чтение материала о символах РБ с последующим выполнением заданий.
Четвертый этап – выражение своих мыслей о том, что мы должны и не должны делать, чтобы сберечь нашу природу, знать больще о нашей стране, ее символах и ее истории.
Пятый этап – физкультпауза.
Шестой этап – групповая работа. Учащимся дано задание составить рассказ о Беловежской пуще и озере Нарочь. Затем ученики из одной группы рассказывают в парах друг другу то, что они составили. И далее представитель из каждой группы рассказывает о достопримечательности всему классу.
Седьмой этап – ученикам раздаются фотографии достопримечательностей Беларуси и они дают рекомендации иностранному туристу о том, что ему нужно посетить.
И наконец, главный этапом урока был последний, восьмой, на котором учащиеся делают вывод о том, почему они гордятся своей страной. Все предыдущие этапы были направлены на то, чтобы подвести основу для данного высказывания.
В качестве дидактического материала на уроке использовались таблицы и схемы, опоры и фотографии с видами нашей страны.
