  Among beauty of Russian nature, in the picturesque Ural places, on a bank of the river Iset ancient town Shadrinsk is situated. Long ago it was cultural and industrial center and now, it has lost its significance. From the number of factories one of the most important plant is SHAAZ. It was formed on the base of Moscow factory at the end of 1941.

  Main kind of production is output of furnishing units used in motor industry. The level of development of this powerful branch promptly grows and not to lag behind the market of the consumers, it is necessary to expand constantly structural base of the factory. And people working there do with it successfully. They purchase and master new, modern engineering and technology, develop exchange with home and foreign partners in this field of manufacture. Material, social and cultural base were improved.

  The plant has been producing main kinds of production more than 70 years. “SHAAZ” is one of the leading plants of automobile industry of Russia and influences economy of the country. The Joint stock company “SHAAZ” has positive weight in the whole system of brunches of industrial manufacture and national economy.

  Joint stock company “SHAAZ” has been producing radiators: cooling system radiators, lubrication system radiators and heating system radiators. These radiators are used in trucks and buses produced by giant factories of Russian automobile industry.

  SHAAZ has been producing preheaters since 1961. Preheaters boilers are made of stainless steel and have a long working life. Heating and heating-ventilation plants are intended for warming and ventilating of interior of cars, trucks, buses, trailers and special machine bodies.

  SHAAZ has been producing heating plants since 1957. The liquid heater manufactured under licence of the German firm EBERSPAECHER is connected to the engines’ cooling system. It is intended for heating the cabin of automobile. Working noiseless the heater is perfect when employed in cars and minibuses.

  SHAAZ has a vast experience in developing and producing jacks.  Jacks are manufactured at a specialized plant provided with automatic lines and efficient equipment. Hydraulic jacks can be applied at service stations when repairing bodies and as a drive for hydraulic presses. They find a use in construction, too. Mechanical jacks are simplier in use. They are intended for lifting cars when changing wheels.

  SHAAZ has been producing fuel pumps over 65 years. SHAAZ has an experience of fuel pumps’ production for cars and trucks.

  The plant’s purpose is to increase volumes of manufacture, to supply the consumers by production in the given nomenclature.

  Now SHAAZ is an enterprise of a machine – building complex of the Ural mountain – metallurgical company.
