Анализ основных затруднений в работе молодых учителей в условиях внедрения новых ФГОС

Статья посвящена анализу основных затруднений в работе молодых учителей в условиях внедрения новых ФГОС. В статье уточняется значение понятия «профессиональная адаптация», указываются особенности новых ФГОС, выявляются причины возникновения затруднений в работе и, как следствие, профессиональной дезадаптации, раскрывается сущность психолого-педагогического сопровождения профессиональной адаптации молодого учителя в условиях внедрения новых образовательных стандартов.

Analysis of the main difficulties in the young teachers’ work in terms of introducing the new federal state educational standards

This article deals with the analysis of the main difficulties in the young teachers’ work in term of introducing the new federal state educational standards. It defines the concept «occupational adaptation» more precisely and indicates some peculiarities of the new federal state educational standards. The author identifies the main causes of the work difficulties and, as a consequence, occupational maladjustment. She also reveals the essence of the psychological and educational support for the occupational adaptation of a young teacher in terms of introducing the new federal state educational standards.
