Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме развития профессиональной культуры педагога. Автор показывает, насколько важно в этом процессе развивать коммуникативные навыки, эстетическую эмпатию, способность к трансляции ценностей культуры современным учащимся. Профессиональная культура педагога имеет гуманистическое начало. Она оказывает влияние на становление личности, которая готова к дальнейшему саморазвитию.

Basic aspects of the professional culture development of the modern teacher

This article deals with the pressing problem of the teacher’s professional culture development. The author shows how important in this process to develop communication skills, aesthetic empathy, the ability to transmit cultural values to the modern learners. Professional culture of the teacher has the humanistic basis. It has an impact on the personality’s development, which is ready for further self-development.
