Тема урока: «The world around us is wonderful».
Цели урока:
а) познавательный аспект:
- совершенствование лексических навыков говорения по теме The world around us is wonderful.
- расширение словарного запаса учащихся по данной теме.
б) развивающий аспект:
- развитие умения извлекать нужную информацию из предложенного материала;
- развитие творческих способностей учащихся;
- развитие логического мышления и языковой догадки.
- привить интерес к изучению иностранного языка и чтению.
в) воспитательный аспект:
- осознание экологических проблем и воспитание гуманного отношения к окружающей природе;
Воспитать чувство ответственности за чистоту окружающей среды, любовь к природе.
г) оборудование:
ноутбук, презентация к уроку, карточки.

T: Good morning, children. I’m glad to see you. Take your seats.
What is the date today?
What is the weather like today? Do you like it?
Today we’ll speak about our beautiful planet and how to safe it.
First of all I would like you to read the text “The Earth”
The Earth.
The Earth is a planet which moves around the Sun and gets light from it. It is turning all the time, but we can’t see or feel it.
If you look down at the Earth from a plane, you will see how wonderful our planet is. You will see blue rivers, lakes, seas and oceans. You will see high snowy mountains and hills. You will see forests and fields.
The Sun shines on the Earth, the rain falls on it, the wind blows on it.
There are more water on the Earth than anything else, more water than land, forests and mountains. There is water in the rivers, lakes, seas and oceans. There is water in plants and in air. Nothing can live without water, air and the Sun.
The Earth is the only planet in our Solar System where there is life. In the woods there live different animals and birds. The rivers, lakes and seas are full of big and small sea animals and fish. Wonderful plants, trees and flowers grow on the Earth.
The world around us is wonderful. There are many interesting things in the world to see if you keep your eyes open.
T. Try to read and translate the words which we have found in this text.
A forest, a wind, a sea, water, a mountain, a sea, a wood, light, the Earth, a plant, a lake, an ocean, nature, world, a life. (слайды №2,3)
All these words are nouns. Now let’s look at the words which are verbs. Don’t forget about Regular and Irregular verbs. Try to determine them.
To move, to see, to get, to shine, to fall, to blow, to grow, to keep.
T. ALL these verbs except ”to move” are Irregular. Please, give the three forms and translate the following words. (слайд №4)
T. Find the sentences with these words in the text and try to translate them.
1. The Earth is a planet which moves around the Sun and gets light from it.
2. You will see high snowy mountains and hills.
3. The Sun shines on the Earth, the rain falls on it, the wind blows on it.
