What do you know about the cinema?

Цели урока:
Познавательный аспект:знакомство с историей возникновения кинематографа в Америке и в России, знакомство с историей Голливуда, с известными актерами, продюсерами и режиссёрами.
Развивающий аспект:развитие способности к анализу, синтезу, классификации и систематизации, к догадке.
Воспитательный аспект: воспитывать чувство сопричастности к мировой истории, к памятникам искусства, более глубокое осознание своей культуры.
Учебный аспект: формирование лексических навыков чтения и говорения, развитие умения читать и аудировать с целью извлеченияконкретнойинформации.
Речевойматериал:screen, studio ,silent, a stunt men, an editor, a boom operator, a director, a genre ,a melodrama ,to shoot.
Грамматический материал: - для повторения-придаточные определительные (RelativeClause)
Оборудование: компьютер, аудиозапись, мультимедийный проектор.
Ход урока.
1.Организационный момент.
Беседа с учащимися о дате, дне недели, погоде, отсутствующих.
T: - Good morning, my dears! Sit down, please! Glad to see you again!

Cinema and TV films have become an important part of our life. But not everyone knows when and how cinematography appeared. And today we begin studying Unit 6 .It is about cinematography. We’re going to learn much interesting about Russian ,American and British cinematography , besides, I want you to recall Relative clause.
T:-What do you know? Do you know who made the first film? What was it about?

T: There are some names from the film making industry that are known all over the world: Charlie Chaplin, Walt Disney, Vivien Leigh, Clark Gable, Steven Spielberg, Eddie Murphy. Let’s remind howto use relative clauses with who and which . A relative clause tells whichpersonor thingthe speaker means. We usewhowhen we are talking about people (not things). When we are talking about things, we use that or which. Use the Linguistic andCultural Guide to find the information about the people.
