Рекомендации по выполнению задания «Статья в молодежный журнал». Article.

Задача теста/олимпиадного задания — проверка уровня сформированности умения обучающихся использовать письменную речь для решения коммуникативно-ориентированных задач. Стимул для высказывания — статья в журнал. Стимул представлен заданием, которое ученик может изложить, высказав свое отношение к рассматриваемой проблеме.
Требования к оценке: соответствие поставленной коммуникативной задаче, полнота раскрытия содержания, выбор правильного стиля речи, логичность высказывания, правильность использования средств логической связи, соответствие оформления текста нормам, принятым в странах изучаемого языка; разнообразие лексических средств, адекватность разнообразия и сложности использования грамматических структур, правильность орфографического и пунктуационного оформления текста.
Объем — 120-180 слов.
Организация текста предусматривает деление на абзацы и использование средств логической связи (слова, связывающие отдельные части предложений и вводные слова).
Язык и стиль написания статьи — полу-официальный (semi-formal). Для него характерны сокращения, принятые в устной речи (mustn't, haven;t, isn't... etc).
Структура статьи включает заголовок (о чем статья), вступление, основную часть, заключение. Необходимо написать не менее четырех абзацев.
В первом абзаце излагается предмет разговора, рекомендуется начать статью с прямого обращения к читателю, используя риторические вопросы, чтобы заинтересовать читателя; пригласить читателя к диалогу, попросить его высказаться, ответить на вопрсы. Обязательное условие — исходить из того, кому адресуется статья.
В основной части высказывается своя точка зрения, приводятся примеры в подтверждение сказанного автором, используется юмор, где возможно, даются советы читателю. Необходимо упомянуть о том, что было изложено во вступлении.
Статья завершается заключением. Автор может высказать свои пожелания читателям.
Статья пишется по определенному плану.

The checklist
Don't forget:
to use a conversational style;
to write at least 4 paragraphs;
to ask the reader a question in the 1st paragraph;
to mention what event you are talking about in the 1st paragraph;
to give 4 or 5 pieces of advice;
to wish the reader luck in the final paragraph;
to use short forms, informal punctuation, verbs in the imperative.

What the future holds
What will life be like in fifty years'time? It's impossible to know for certain, but there's one thing we can be sure of. In some ways, life for our grandchildren will be very different from life. What will life be like in fifty years'time? It's impossible to know for certain, but there's one thing we can be sure of. In some ways, life for our grandchildren will be very different from life today. Let's just imagine some of the possibilities. One thing that is changing very rapidly is technology. You can bet that our grandchildren will live in a world where everything and everybody relies on computers. Transport will also change, and perhaps we'll have that fly. Maybe our grandchildren will themselves stuck in traffic jams in the sky! Yet another way in which life will be different is the environment. It doesn't look like we're going to solve the problems of pollution soon, so our grandchildren may live in a world where many species have become extinct. Sadly, they might never see animals like pandas, apart from in books and zoos. So, like the present, I believe the future will have its good points and its bad points. I, for one, can't wait to find out! |
