«It’s my birthday»
Цель:
1) Активизация лексических и грамматических навыков по теме «День Рождения».
2) Развитие навыков поискового чтения с извлечением информации; развитие навыков монологической и диалогической речи.
Задачи:
1) Практическая: развитие и умение выражать своё мнение; обучение поисковому чтению.
2) Развивающая: ознакомление учащихся с культурой празднования Дня Рождения в Великобритании; развитие мыслительной деятельности учащихся.
3) Образовательная: развитие общеучебных умений, позволяющих совершенствовать учебную деятельность по овладению английским языком; расширение кругозора учащихся.
4) Воспитательная: формирование нравственного, позитивного речевого общения при обмене мнением; умение слушать собеседника; повышение мотивации изучения английского языка.
Урок включает в себя 8 этапов, каждый из которых оценивается жюри (выбирается из учащихся).

Children, choose the umbrellas:
1. yellow and orange are the first group, come here;
2. green and blue are the second team.
Ученики закрывают глаза, слушают музыку и представляют, где они находятся. Делятся на 2 команды.

And the second group will find the information about what British do during the birthday party and what British people eat and drink. You have 5 minutes.

What British do during the birthday party? Decorate the house with balloons, play party games with friends, mum makes a birthday cake.
What British people eat and drink? They eat crisps, sandwiches, small cakes and chocolate, biscuits, ice cream and very small sausages.
