Тема: Твое любимое хобби.

Цели и задачи урока:

Практическая - совершенствование навыков аудирования;

развитие умений говорения;

Развивающая - развитие умений работать в группе; развитие языковой догадки, памяти, внимания, мышления и речи;

Воспитательная - воспитание уважения к партнеру по речевому общению, воспитание мотивации успешности.

Тип урока: закрепление материала

Оборудование: учебник, рабочая тетрадь, раздаточный материал, карточки для самооценки учащихся, компьютер, обучающая компьютерная программа «Профессор  Хиггинс. Английский без акцента».

Ход урока.

Начальный этап урока. Приветствие.

Беседа учителя для перехода к сюжету урока:

T: I have a hobby. Iam fond of collecting magazines on psychology. I’ve brought several of them to show to you. I like reading them in the evening. They help me to relax after a hard day. I think every person should have a hobby. Hobby is something people do in their free time.

Today we’ll speak about your favourite hobbies and will learn how many students in your class are fond of sport, music, cooking and so on.

So, what hobbies do you know? ( Учащиеся называют виды хобби, какие они знают).

T: Let’s repeat them altogether. (Хоровая отработка).

Основной этап урока. Задание на аудирование.

T: There are some hobbies written on the board: tennis, tourism, learning languages, stamp collection, photography, drama, painting, football, pets, cinema.

Let’s listen and guess what his/ her hobby is.

Text 1. Alice is very energetic. After classes she takes her racket and hurries to the court. She is a very good player. (tennis)

Text 2. Dick seems to know everything about the history of post. It’s like travelling about the world when he shows his albums to you. Wherever he comes he goes to the post office first of all. (stamp collection)

Text 3. Gloria was super as Juliette. When I first saw her on the stage, I couldn’t believe she is not a professional actress. (drama)

Text 4. Jack’s pictures of London are very nice. He has a very good sense of colour. (painting)

Text 5. Nick travels a lot and always has his camera with him. I like his slides. They are full of expressions. (photography)

Text 6. Ben speaks six languages. Now he is learning Chinese. His favourite books are dictionaries. (learning languages)

Text 7. Rona has three dogs and five cats. Last time I was at her place I saw a snake. And Rona seemed to be fond of it. (pets)

Text 8.Bert is a very reliable goalkeeper. When he plays for the school, our team always wins. (football)

Text 9. Cecily knows all the film stars. I  think she doesn’t miss a single film that is on. (cinema)

Text 10. Frank travels a lot. He wants to see all the countries in the world. (tourism)

Говорение.

T: So, Dick collects stamps. What else do people collect?

Pps: Peoplecollect…. ( перечисляют, что люди коллекционируют)

Групповая работа. Group work. 

T:  Now, group work. I’ll give you some cards. Your task is to find

out what these students collect. ( Учащиеся работают в группах и отвечает один представитель от каждой группы).

Развитие  умений чтения. (Парная работа)

T:  Let’s read what Jessica collects. (Учащиеся читают текст и заполняют пропуски в диалоге. В это время происходит индивидуальная работа с грамматическими упражнениями из  обучающей компьютерной программы «Профессор Хиггинс»  для наиболее сильных  учащихся.)



Фонетическая разминка. Разгадайте загадки. Look at my pose. You’ve guessed it of course,

Развитие умений говорения.

T: Now, open your books. Find the diagram and say what English students are fond of/ are not so fond of. (Учащиеся составляют высказывания по диаграмме).

T: And now, let’s make an inquiry.  There’ll be 3 correspondents in your class. I’ll give those sheets with the questions and they will come to you and ask the questions about your favourite hobbies. (3 ученика проходят с опросными листами и записываютхобби их одноклассников, а затем подводят итог.)

Заключительный этап урока. Подведение итогов.

T: Thank you all for your work. Today you’ve told me about your hobbies and we’ve learnt that most students in your class are fond of sport. Listening to music and playing computer games.

Домашнеезадание. So. Your home task will be ex. 6.7 p. 70. (открыть, сделать немного). Рефлексия.

T: I’ll give you evaluation cards and you’ll fill in the forms. ( Учащиеся заполняют карточки оценивания своей работы на уроке).

T: The lesson is over. Goodbye.
