This is Jokey Smurf (шутник). This is Smurfette (смурфеета). This is Papa Smurf. These are Handy and Tailor Smurf (трудяга и портной). These are Painter and Poet Smurf (художник и поет).	Учащиеся повторяют за учителем имена смурфов, глядя на экран с их изображением.

We`ve got a text on the screen, we`ll read it and we can know about them and the place they live in. « The Smurfs live in a magic village. There are many beautiful and unusual flowers everywhere. Their homes are big colourful mushrooms. It is really a wonderful place. They play different sport games and have fun on the field and help their father to grow crops. 100 Smurfs live in this village. There are many different secret artifacts in the village. The most interesting one is the Time Scrolls that help Smurfs to travel to the past and to the future. They always visit their friends and relatives on holidays. They like to make different tasty things. They work in the garden. They plant trees. They paint their houses. They all are clever and hardworking.	- They live in the forest. - Учащиеся получают  красочные тексты о смурфах, на экране изображен тот же текст. Учащиеся читают и переводят его.
III Слайд 6	Постановка проблемной ситуации	2 мин	-Well, children, what verbs can you find in this text? -Can you tell me are the verbs in Present Simple or in Present Continuous? -You are right. We`ll work with these verbs today and know more about them. -I also know that the Smurfs study well too. And today they invite us to study English grammar with them. Shall we join them? This is Father Smurf, he will help us to study. What does he say? Who wants to read what he says? «Today me dear children, we shall visit a small country of the past tense. It is an old magic country. As you see we are going to visit the country of Past Tense. – Past Simple.  The streets of this country have names not numbers. --Let`s read and translate them. Yesterday, last week, last year, last month, the day before yesterday, 5 years ago, once -Do you know who lives in this old country? -You are right. They are regular verbs, they are hard-working. We know lots of verbs. Name them please. Do you remember them? -But how do they form past form? Now we`ll know. I would like you to divide into 2 groups. Father Smurfs gives us two envelops. Your task is to open them and to read the information. We`ll learn more about these regular verbs. The information is on the screen too.  -I think you are tired. Let`s have a rest.( move around.) and have fun. I play football I talk to you I dance, I walk And I love you I call my friends I watch TV I skip and kiss And I love you I clean my teeth I brush my hair I write to you And I love you -The game for e up to me. I have got a magic box. There are many sentences in it, they all written in past Simple. I take one sentence, read it, I don`t show to anyone what is written in it. I just show….. For ex: I washed the plates yesterday. And you must guess. -Well, now you know how to form Past Simple of regular verbs, and now Father Smurfs would like you to divide into 3 groups (as you wish). You have got three apple trees, but there are no apples on them. Your task is to put apples on the trees according to the pronunciation of the [ed]. Regular verbs are written on the apples. Stick the apples. And then we shall check. (Под музыку учащиеся выбирают яблоки с нужным звучанием ed и приклеивают их на яблоневые деревья) -Well done, my friends. What beautiful trees we`ve got. The last task for you from father Smurf. Let`s work in pairs. I give you the picture of one of the Smurf. He is a boaster. He likes to boast very much. Make up 1 sentence about him. Write it in Past Simple, and then present what he says. For example: « I talked to president yesterday» -Very good my dear friends. So, today we did lots of things. Look at the screen and let us together make up sentences about it. -All right. I think everything is clear for you. You were very active and hardworking today. And for your work at the lesson from me and from Father Smurf these mini colourful books are for you as a present. You can find the information about Past Simple. I have got two smiles: the first one is happy, the second one is sad. Choose the smile if you studied well at the lesson, and the sad one is you should study more. На экране слайд с изображением старого города Past Simple с названиями улиц. Дети повторяют названия улиц за учителем и переводят их. Предполагаемые ответы учащихся ( animals, boys, girls… Verbs. Дети называют глаголы: live, help, travel, like, visit, work, plant, paint, play, ski, skate, jump. Учащиеся делятся на две группы и получают конверты с информацией о том, как правильные глаголы образуют прошедшую форму. Конверт 1 Правильные глаголы образуют прошедшую форму глагола путем прибавления волшебного окончания ed к глаголу. Если слово заканчивается на е тогда мы ее не дублируем и прибавляем только окончание d [-d] like – liked Если слово заканчивается на глухую или шипящую согласную, то окончание ed произносится как [t] stop – stopped Внимание! А при образовании  прошедшей формы в односложных глаголах последняя согласная удваивается Skip – skipped Конверт 2 Если глагол заканчивается на звонкую согласную или гласную букву, то ed звучит как [d] play – played Внимание! Когда глагол заканчивается на y, а перед ней стоит гласная буква, то при образовании прошедшей формы глагола, буква y исчезает и вместо нее появляется i и зовет ed; study – studied А если глагол заканчивается на y + гласная буква, то никаких изменений не происходит. Play – played Если глагол заканчивается на d / t, то ed произносим как [id]; start – started Дети выполняют упражнения, повторяя их за учителем (музыкальное сопровождение) Игра «Guess». Учащиеся выбирают по одному предложению из волшебной коробки и никому, не говоря о том, что там написано, показывают движениями. Другие учащиеся должны догадаться, о чем идет речь. Apple tree with [id]: skated, started, painted, studied, wanted, waited, decided, collected, knitted, translated. Учащиеся в парах составляют предложения в Past Simple о смурфе-хвастуне. Затем зачитывают их вслух. «I cleaned my teeth 10 times yesterday» «I cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper yesterday» «I danced all night yesterday» «I helped all my friends yesterday» «I painted 5 houses yesterday» «I planted 15 apple trees yesterday» «I played badminton with a champion yesterday» «I travelled to Africa yesterday» «I watched 10 films yesterday» «I translated 10 texts yesterday» «I talked to the king yesterday» «I translated all the texts yesterday» -We visited the Smurfs village. We travelled to Past Simple Country Father Smurf helped us to study and we studied well. We played games. We worked with verbs Дети получают в подарок мини цветные буклеты, в которых содержится вся информация, изученная на уроке Учитель предлагает выбрать счастливый смайлик, если ученик хорошо работал на уроке и грустный, если ученику следует больше заниматься. Дети записывают домашнее задание: представить, что они хвастуны  и написать 5 предложений в Past Simple.
