ИНТЕРЕСЫ КИТАЯ В РАЗВИВАЮЩИХСЯ СТРАНАХ

(НА ПРИМЕРЕ СТРАН АФРИКИ)

Конец ХХ – начало XXI века определяется совокупностью исторических перемен, связанных с процессом становления Китайской Народной Республики (КНР) как нового центра силы на международной арене, а также растущей ролью Африки, которую еще недавно называли «забытым континентом», в мировой политике и экономике. Стремление овладеть источниками сырья, найти сферы приложения инвестиций и рынки сбыта для бурно развивающейся промышленности – главные мотивы китайской экономической экспансии. Целью данной работы является комплексный анализ основных этапов разработки и реализации политической стратегии и экономической дипломатии КНР в Африке. Активизация политики КНР в Африке, наряду с укреплением позиций африканских стран как субъектов международных отношений, оказывает растущее влияние на расстановку сил на мировой арене и диктует необходимость внимательного ее изучения.

Master’s Thesis Abstract

INTERESTS OF CHINA IN THE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

(ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE AFRICAN COUNTRIES)

The end of XX – the beginning of the XXI century is defined by the set of historical changes connected to the process of the People's Republic of China (PRC) formation as a new center of power on the international scene, and also the growing role of Africa which has been recently called "the forgotten continent", in the world politics and economy. The aspiration to seize raw materials, to find spheres attractive for investment and sales markets for roughly developing industry are the main motives of the Chinese economic expansion. The purpose of this paper is the complex analysis of the main stages of development and realization of political strategy and economic diplomacy of the PRC in Africa. The activation of policy of the PRC in Africa, along with strengthening of positions of the African countries as subjects of the international relations, has the growing impact on alignment of forces on the world scene and dictates need of its attentive studying.
