В демократических странах высшая и вседоступная форма суверенитета – это священное право свободного гражданина, определяющее право собственности. Каждый может быть собственником - и никто не может быть собственностью другого.

In democratic countries, the highest and most accessible form of sovereignty is the sacred right of a free citizen, which determines the right to property. Everyone can be an owner - and no one can be the property of another.

In Athens there is a white oak, which literally belongs to itself. The owner, Colonel Jackson (William H. Jackson), loved this tree so much that in 1820, when he died, he gave it the rights of a legal subject. Here is the dry reference from the guide:

"The most improbable owner of the property in Athens is the white oak that stands in the square at the intersection of South Finley and Dearing Streets. In admiration of its beauty of shade, the owner handed over to the oak the legal title to itself and all the land within eight feet of its base. The legitimacy of "the tree that owns itself," has never been questioned."

Он действительно красив и тенист, но более всего поражает в нем не величавая внешность, не природа и порода, а царственная принадлежность самому себе. Он не есть собственность, ни государства, ни корпорации, ни частного лица, он сам владеет собой.

I visited this white oak tree and its branches that spread out. It really is beautiful and shady, but most of all striking in it is not the majestic appearance, nor the nature and breed, but the royal belonging to itself. It is not a property, nor a state, nor a corporation, nor a private person, it owns itself.

В каком-то смысле этому дереву повезло больше, чем роскошным коронам, алмазам и изумрудам, которые хранятся в царских палатах или национальных музеях. Те драгоценности кому-то принадлежат и имеют цену. А дуб - ничей, его нельзя присвоить или продать, он не имеет цены. Дуб не только само владелец, но и землевладелец - ему принадлежит земля в его округе, его права собственности простираются и на ближайшие условия его существования.

In a sense, this tree is more fortunate than the luxurious crowns, diamonds and emeralds that are kept in the royal chambers or national museums. Those jewels belong to someone and have a price. The oak tree cannot be sold, it has no price. Oak is not only the owner, but also the landowner - it owns land in its district, its property rights extend to the immediate conditions of its existence.

Разумеется, дуб не может сам защитить своих прав – для этого нужна соответствующая институция, юридическая система, поддержанная мощью государства. Но важно, что государство защищает права собственников, а не присваивает их себе.

Of course, an oak cannot protect its rights by itself - this requires an appropriate institution, a legal system supported by the power of the state. But it is important that the state protects the rights of owners, rather than appropriates them.

В этом смысле права белого дуба на самого себя подлежат такой же государственной охране, как права любых частных собственников. Таковa юридическая декларация белого дуба.

In this sense, the rights of white oak to themselves are subject to the same state protection as the rights of any private owners. This is the legal declaration of white oak.

Сам по себе, образ Ноева ковчега – представляет собою образ человека, спасённого от изливающегося гнева Божия.

The image of Noah’s ark represents the image of a person that is saved from the anger of God.

Образ белого дуба, из которого был устроен ковчег спасения – это образ оправдания, перешедшего в формат праведности.

The image of the white oak out of which the ark of salvation was build – is an image of justification that has turned into the format of righteousness.

Побеждающему дам вкушать сокровенную манну, и дам ему белый камень и на камне написанное новое имя, которого никто не знает, кроме того, кто получает (Отк.2:17).

“To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it." ' (Revelation 2:17).

И увидел я отверстое небо, и вот конь белый, и сидящий на нем называется Верный и Истинный, Который праведно судит и воинствует. И воинства небесные следовали за Ним на конях белых, облеченные в виссон белый и чистый (Отк.19:11,14).

Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. (Revelation 19:11,14).

Возрадуемся и возвеселимся и воздадим Ему славу; ибо наступил брак Агнца, и жена Его приготовила себя. И дано было ей облечься в виссон чистый и светлый; виссон же есть праведность святых (Отк.19:7,8).

Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready." And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. (Revelation 19:7-8).

Учитывая, что чёрный цвет в Писании – является образом святости, успокаивающей сердце Бога, как написано: «Вороные кони там выходят к стране северной и белые идут за ними, тогда позвал он меня и сказал мне так: смотри, вышедшие в землю северную успокоили дух Мой на земле северной» (Зах.6:6,8).

Considering that the black color in Scripture is an image of holiness comforting the heart of God, as it is written: The one with the black horses is going to the north country, the white are going after them, and the dappled are going toward the south country." Then the strong steeds went out, and He called to me, and spoke to me, saying, "See, those who go toward the north country have given rest to My Spirit in the north country." (Revelation 6:6-8).

Образ чёрной смолы, которой был осмолён ковчег, из белого дуба, изнутри и снаружи – это образ святости. Как написано: «Праведный да творит правду еще, и святый да освящается еще (Отк.22:11).

The image of black pitch which covered the ark out of which oak from the inside and outside – is an image of holiness. As it is written: who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still." (Revelation 22:11).

Длина ковчега в триста локтей – это образ человека, ходящего пред Богом, который имеет в самом себе свидетельство, что он угодил Богу

The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits – is an image of a person that walks before God and carries evidence that he has pleased God.

И ходил Енох пред Богом, по рождении Мафусала, триста лет; и не стало его, потому что Бог взял его (Быт.5:22-24).

After he begot Methuselah, Enoch walked with God three hundred years, And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him. (Genesis 5:22-24).

И пошел Самсон, и поймал триста лисиц, и взял факелы, и связал хвост с хвостом, и привязал по факелу между двумя хвостами; и зажег факелы, и пустил их на жатву Филистимскую, и выжег и копны и нежатый хлеб, и виноградные сады и масличные (Суд.15:4,5).

Then Samson went and caught three hundred foxes; and he took torches, turned the foxes tail to tail, and put a torch between each pair of tails. When he had set the torches on fire, he let the foxes go into the standing grain of the Philistines, and burned up both the shocks and the standing grain, as well as the vineyards and olive groves. (Judges 15:4-5).

И сделал царь Соломон двести больших щитов из кованого золота, - по шестисот сиклей кованого золота пошло на каждый щит, - и триста щитов меньших из кованого золота, - по триста сиклей золота пошло на каждый щит; и поставил их царь в доме из Ливанского дерева (2.Пар.9:15,16).

And King Solomon made two hundred large shields of hammered gold; six hundred shekels of hammered gold went into each shield. He also made three hundred shields of hammered gold; three hundred shekels of gold went into each shield. The king put them in the House of the Forest of Lebanon. (2 Chronicles 9:15-16).

Ширина ковчега в пятьдесят локтей – это образ человека, стоящего в свободе Христовой, умершего, для своего народа; для дома своего отца; и, для своей жизни, в пользу жизни Бога; человека, исполненного Святым Духом, и водимым Святым Духом.

The breadth of the ark shall be fifty cubits – is the image of a person who stands in the freedom of Christ and has died to his nation; the house of his father; and to his life in favor of the life of God. It is a person who is filled with the Holy Spirit and led by the Holy Spirit.

Освятите пятидесятый год и объявите свободу на земле всем жителям ее: да будет это у вас юбилей; и возвратитесь каждый во владение свое, и каждый возвратитесь в свое племя (Лев.25:10).

And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family. (Leviticus 25:10).

Высота ковчега в тридцать локтей, включающая в себя: нижнее, второе и третье жилье – это образ человека, облечённого в достоинство священника или воина молитвы.

The height of the ark shall be thirty cubits including a lower, second, and third deck – is the image of a person that is clothed in the dignity of a priest or warrior of prayer.

Нижнее жилье в ковчеге – указывало на тело человека.

Второе жилье в ковчеге – указывало на душу человека.

Третье жилье в ковчеге – указывало на дух человека.

Lower deck of the ark – pointed to the body of a person.

Second deck of the ark – pointed to the soul of a person.

Third deck of the ark – pointed to the spirit of a person.

Давид, состарившись и насытившись жизнью, воцарил над Израилем сына своего Соломона. И собрал всех князей Израилевых и священников и левитов, и исчислены были левиты, от тридцати лет и выше, и назначены для дела в доме Господнем (1.Пар.23:1-4).

So when David was old and full of days, he made his son Solomon king over Israel. And he gathered together all the leaders of Israel, with the priests and the Levites. Now the Levites were numbered from the age of thirty years and above; and the number of individual males was thirty-eight thousand. (1 Chronicles 23:1-4).

Отверстие в ковчеге, в локоть, сведённое к верху – это образ человека, обладающего способностью, молиться в соответствии требований воли Божией, в которой его молитва, становится орудием, дающим Богу основание, выполнять Свою волю, в плане искупления человека от греха и смерти, включая его дух, душу, и тело.

You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above – is an image of a person who has the ability to prayer according to the requirements of the will of God in which his prayer becomes a prayer that gives God the basis to fulfill His role in the redemption of a person from sin and death, including his spirit, soul, and body.

И сделал он десять медных подстав; длина каждой подставы - четыре локтя, ширина - четыре локтя и три локтя - вышина. И вот устройство подстав: у них стенки, стенки между наугольными пластинками;

На стенках, которые между наугольниками, изображены были львы, волы и херувимы; также и на наугольниках, а выше и ниже львов и волов - развесистые венки; у каждой подставы по четыре медных колеса и оси медные. На четырех углах выступы на подобие плеч, выступы литые внизу, под чашею, подле каждого венка.

Отверстие от внутреннего венка до верха в один локоть; отверстие его круглое, подобно подножию столбов, в полтора локтя, и при отверстии его изваяния; но боковые стенки четырехугольные, не круглые (3.Цар.7:27-31).

He also made ten carts of bronze; four cubits was the length of each cart, four cubits its width, and three cubits its height. And this was the design of the carts: They had panels, and the panels were between frames; on the panels that were between the frames were lions, oxen, and cherubim.

And on the frames was a pedestal on top. Below the lions and oxen were wreaths of plaited work. Every cart had four bronze wheels and axles of bronze, and its four feet had supports. Under the laver were supports of cast bronze beside each wreath.

Its opening inside the crown at the top was one cubit in diameter; and the opening was round, shaped like a pedestal, one and a half cubits in outside diameter; and also on the opening were engravings, but the panels were square, not round. (1 Kings 7:27-31).

Напротив помоста, который на внешнем дворе, были галерея против галереи в три яруса. А перед комнатами ход в десять локтей ширины, а внутрь в один локоть; двери их лицом к северу (Иез.42:3,4).

Opposite the inner court of twenty cubits, and opposite the pavement of the outer court, was gallery against gallery in three stories. In front of the chambers, toward the inside, was a walk ten cubits wide, at a distance of one cubit; and their doors faced north. (Ezekiel 42:3-4).

Когда наш дух, душа и тело, соответствуют образу Ноева ковчега, бог получает основание, заключить с нами завет мира, который будет является утверждением: Завета Крови; Завета Соли; и, Завета Покоя.

When our spirit, soul and body coincide with the image of Noah’s ark, God received the ability to make with us a covenant of peace which will establish for us the Covenant of Blood, Salt, and Rest.
