Систематизация знаний учащихся по теме “Мy place”

Цель урока: систематизация знаний учащихся по теме “Мy place”.

Задачи:

1. Образовательные:

Введение и первичная отработка новой лексики по теме; активизация конструкции thereis/are, предлогов места, a(n),some, any; обучение навыкам составления проектных работ; развитие навыков монологической речи;

2. Воспитательные:

воспитание интереса к иноязычной речевой деятельности; воспитанию культуры общения, потребности в самовоспитании.

3. Развивающие:

развитие навыков устной речи; развитие внимания и восприятия, мышления и воображения. развитие умений осуществлять рефлексивную деятельность

Оборудование: Презентация, карточки, магнитные картинки, часы, письмо.

Тип урока: формирование и закрепление знаний.

Технологии:технология коммуникативного обучения иноязычной культуре, информационно-коммуникационные технологии, проектная технология, технология обучения в сотрудничестве.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент.

T: Good morning girls. Get ready for the lesson! Take your seats. I’m glad to greet you all! How are you? So, everything is in order, happy to hear it. Who is on duty today? What is the date today? What day of the week is it today? Who is absent? I have tickets for you, but unusual! These are exit tickets. During the lesson you must evaluate yourself according to two criteria.

I have a surprise for you! Today I've found a letter on my desk. A sixth grade student writes you, she describes an amazing place! Let's try to guess what  is it! It will be the topic of our lesson!

Hello! My name is Lisa! I am a sixth-grade student, like you are. Today we've got the task to describe the most favorite place. I would like to share with you. This is a wonderful place, I come there every day, where I sleep, play with my friends, do my homework. It is very cozy and warm there: there are a bed, a desk, a computer. My cat also likes to spend time there lying on the carpet.

The theme of our lesson is “My place!?”(Презентация. Слайд2,3) Today we are going to learn new words for the theme "Rooms & Furniture", check up homework, revise grammar rules:" a(n), some, any, prepositions of place, we’ll try to describe our own rooms.

II. Фонетическаяразминка.

This topic is very interesting. Look please at the blackboard! Let's get acquainted with

English proverbs. Repeat after me all together:

*A house is not a home.

*Men make houses, women make homes.

*The house is a fine house when good folks are within.

*There’s no place like home.

*East or West, home is best.

* My house is my castle.

III. Речевая зарядка:

Open your Student's book on page 18,ex.1,2.(Презентация. Слайд 5.)

IV. Основная часть.

1. Now read the examples and complete the sentences from1 to 3.
Formulate the rule yourself! Tell me in which sentences we use a(n), some. any. (Презентация. Слайд6.)

Then describe the living room above. Use  adjectives.(p.18, ex.3) (Презентация. Слайд 7.)

You were divided into two groups.(in advance)Do this exercise in groups for speed. Don't forget about the order of words in the sentence!  (На столах разрезаны предложения с описанием гостиной, пропущены прилагательные). Один ученик от каждой группы зачитывает конечный результат текста, используя свои варианты прилагательных.

There is a...coffee table in the living room.

There are...paintings on the wall.

There are...curtains on the windows.

There is a...lamp in the living room.

The lamp is on the table.

There is a...carpet on the floor.

There is a(n)...armchair in the living room.

There is a...fireplace near the armchair.

2. *Name the rooms and what furniture we can find there! Check yourselves!

*Sofa, clock, quarter, shelves.

3. Проверкапредыдущегодомашнегозадания.

I hope that you noticed in the fourth row of words a very familiar word for you?  It's a quarter! Let's check up your homework! Each of you has your own card with numerals. Youmustcorrectlynamethetime!

4. Лексико-грамматическое упражнение, направленное на развитие навыков устной речи.

It’s impossible to speak about the room or the house without prepositions.(Слайд 10). Look at the exercise 4,page 18  and  answer: "Where is the dog?"  And now we should complete the sentences from ex.5 using prepositions of place! 

5. Физкультминутка.

Let’s do some physical exercises, have some rest!(Слайд 11.)

*Read the first three exchanges! Where are Laura, Steve and John? What are they about to do? What's their relationships? 

*Think of six words you expect to hear. Listenandcheck!

*Работа в группах(сотрудничестве). Readoutthedialog, replace the pronouns in bold in sentences 1-5 with words from dialog! (Слайд12)

7. Монологическаяречьсиспользованиемновыхграмматическихявленийсопоройнакартинку.

Now try to describe the room on the next slide using there is, there are, a, some and other words. Makeupasmanysentencesasyoucan (Слайд 13). Сначала высказываются более сильные ребята, затем ребята послабее. Можно разыграть это упражнение по цепочке, в конце останется сказать, что еще не было перечислено. Необходимо высказываться полным предложением.
