Good morning, everyone!

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Elena Kali I’m very glad to see you today.

My presentation is about the company called “Legal Firm “Prime Consult”, LLC. Моя презентация состоит из пяти частей. In the first part of my presentation I would like to tell you some facts about my company and also about the main aims of the “Legal Firm “Your Consultant”, LLC. The second part of the presentation will cover the present activities of the company.

Затем я расскажу Вам об истории моей компании. Две части презентации посвящены структуре компании и моим обязанностям, как генерального директора компании. And in the last part I would like to share with you the plans of my company for the future. My presentation won’t last longer than 15 minutes. I will try to answer all of your questions after the presentation.

So, first of all, I would like to tell you some facts about the “Legal Firm “Prime Consult”. Our company is one of three leaders on the market of legal services in X region. “Prime Consult” has three branches: in Moscow, in Krasnodar and in the republic of Crimea. The aims of the “Legal Firm “Prime Consult” are:

Helping company owners to create their business and protect their interests when it comes to tax and corporate laws. To find quickly and efficiently the solution of difficult situation for the company owners and help them in achieving their aims. To perfect and improve the existing traditions and rules of providing legal services for the small and medium business up to the absolutely new qualitative level.

That is all I wanted to tell about in the first part of my presentation.

Now, I want to tell your несколько слов о истории моей компании. Юридическая фирма Ваш консультант была создана в 2003 г в  X. В начале своей деятельности компания занималась только оказанием услуг в сфере регистрации юридических лиц. В компании работало всего 3 человека. За период 2003 – 2006 г. компания стабильно развивалась и значительно увеличила количество оказываемых услуг. С 2009 года компания входит в тройку лидеров рынка юридических услуг г. X.

В 2009 г. компания открыла филиал в г. Краснодаре. В 2013 г. компания открыла филиал в Москве. А в 2014 г. компания одной из первых открыла филиал в Республике Крым.

Now, our company is providing its services to small and medium businesses and we can customize our services to all our clients. We offer a wide range of legal services in terms of corporate law and tax law only to corporate customers. Our company can help to open a business, arrange different kinds of reorganization, close the business, prepare stamps and etc. We help to open about 2 companies every day. Одним из наших основных направлений является налоговое консультирование. We helped our customers to save 70 million rubles at tax disputes in 2014.

We also help our clients in the field of Due Diligence – this procedure is an in-depth study of the activities of the company, a complex inspection of its financial state and positioning on the market.

For the period 2013-2014, more than 1 thousand clients approached our company.

C 2009 оборот компании вырос на 50% и в 2014 г. составил 30 млн. рублей. В компании успешно работает 30 человек.

We have just learnt about the present-day activities of the “Legal Firm “Prime Consult”, LLC. Let me now turn to company structure. Общее руководство компании осуществляет генеральный директор. Our head office is in X. В структуре компании есть шесть взаимосвязанных отделений:

Отделение персонала осуществляет управление персоналом, найм сотрудников, кадровую работу, занимается разработкой бизнес-процессов компании, курирует хозяйственное обеспечение офиса. Отделение продаж осуществляет разработку маркетинговой компании, занимается рекламной деятельностью и непосредственно продажами услуг. Финансовое отделение осуществляет финансовое планирование деятельности организации, контролирует расходы компании, ведет управленческий и бухгалтерский учет деятельности компании. Юридическое отделение непосредственно выполняет услуги компании. В отделении работает 10 высококвалифицированных юристов. Отделение качества разрабатывает стандарты работы компании и оказания услуг, контролирует качество оказываемых услуг и занимается обучением сотрудников. Отделение развития занимается пиаром компании, развитием филиальной сети и организовывает семинары компании.

I work for the Limited liability company “Legal Firm “Prime Consult” as a chief executive officer. Позвольте немного рассказать о моих основных обязанностях.

My main responsibilities as a CEO include: (прошу связать обязанности в единый текст)

Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's mission, and overall direction. Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the organization. Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans. Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of department directors Также я занимаюсь развитием компании и открытием новых филиалов. Visiting VIP customers and discussing their needs.

Это все, что я хотела рассказать о структуре компании Prime Consult и моих обязанностях. В заключении я хочу рассказать о планах компании на будущее. In 2015 the “Legal Firm “Prime Consult”, LLC plans to open two branches in Volgograd and in Stavropol. In 2015, our company will launch a new field of work – presenting training seminars to owners and top managers on tax law. And we are also planning to be one of the 10 best legal firms in Russia by the end of 2015. This is all I wanted to say about my company. Thank You very much for your attention.

Then I’ll bring you brief story of the founding my firm. Two parts of the presentation are devoted to its structure and my duties as CEO. And in the last part I would like to share with you the plans of my company for the future. My presentation won’t last longer than 15 minutes. I will try to answer all of your questions afterwards.

So, first of all, I would like to tell you some facts about the “Legal Firm Prime Consult”. We rank TOP 3 leaders on the market of legal services in X region. “Prime Consult” representing branches in Moscow, in Krasnodar and in the republic of Crimea. The aims of the firm are clearly defined upon 3 directions:

Helping company owners to create their business and protect their interests when they face tax and corporate laws. Finding quickly and efficiently solution of difficult situation for the company owners and help them in achieving their aims. Performing traditions and rules existed in providing legal services for the small and medium enterprises improving its level up to new qualitative level.

That is all I wanted to tell in the first turn of my presentation.

Now, there are some words about history of my company. Legal firm “Prime Consult” was founded in 2003 being first specialized in rendering services in registration of business entity. That time there were employed just 3 people. Within the period of 2003 – 2006 the company was stably in progress and sufficiency enlarged the number of services proposed. Since 2009 the company makes the top three of legal services in c. X

2009 г. the company branched out in c. Y, 2013 in Moscow. 2014 the legal consulting has been started in Republic Crimea among the first Russian legal firms.

Now, our company is providing its services to small and medium businesses and we can customize our services to all our clients. We offer a wide range of legal support in terms of corporate law and tax law only to corporate customers. Our company can help to set a business, arrange different kinds of reorganization, close activity, prepare stamps and etc. We serve to open about 2 companies every day. Tax consulting is one of our core directions. We helped our customers to save 70 million rubles at tax disputes in 2014.

We also help our clients in the field of Due Diligence – this procedure is an in-depth study of the activities of the company, a complex inspection of its financial state and positioning on the market.

Since 2009 our turnover has been increased by 50 % and 20014 made up 30 mln. There is 30 people staff successfully working for the company. 

We have just learnt about the present-day activities of the “Legal Firm “Prime Consult”, LLC. Let me now define company structure. Corporate management is responsibility of general director. Our head office is located in X. Structure of the company integrates 6 related departments:

Department of personnel exercises human resource and staff management, hiring employees, is engaged in development of business processes of the company, supervises office maintenance. Sales department carries out planning the marketing campaign, is involved in advertizing activity and directly sales of services. Financial department performs financial projecting of organization’s activity, controls expenses, conducts administrative and accounting. Legal department is directly liable to effect services based on experience of 10 highly skilled lawyers. Quality department develops working standards, takes on constant monitoring quality of services rendered and is obliged to arrange couching employees. Development department is in charge of public relations of the company, growing our branched network and performs seminars of the company.

I work for the Limited liability company “Legal Firm “Prime Consult” in a title of a chief executive officer. Let me take some of your time shortly introduced by obligations. My main responsibilities as a CEO include:

Being informed of our strong sides in regards to our competitors on the market of legal services one of my main tasks is to contribute to the company promotion. Visiting new customers and leading VIP clients gives me an opportunity to screen the demand and evaluate the work of our department heads as well.

I have to monitor daily operation of our firm in order to hold direction of agreed strategic plan. Guiding the heads is my obligation on the regular meetings and seminars.

You must be really creating fitting changes in the current legislation, restrained while communication about customers needs.

All the duties support my proficiency as we decide to set new branch and invest thereto funds as well as time. 

It must be all I planned to say about company structure Prime Consult and my duties. In conclusion there are the main projecting. 2015 the “Legal Firm “Prime Consult”, LLC plans starting two branches in Volgograd and in Stavropol. 2015, our company will launch a new field of work – presenting training seminars to owners and top managers on tax law. And we are also planning to be one of the 10 best legal firms in Russia by the end of 2015.
