Отдел модернизации и ремонта систем управления сформировался как самостоятельная единица из отдела капитального ремонта в 1997г. Это было вызвано тем, что при проведении капитального ремонта оборудования, Заказчики зачастую повышали требования к существующей системе управления с целью улучшения надежности и технических характеристик оборудования (таких как скорости подач, точность позиционирования, мощностные характеристики, связь с компьютером и т. д. ). Наши специалисты анализировали установленную систему управления и предлагали варианты решения поставленных задач. В дальнейшем появились заказы только на модернизацию системы управления по техническому заданию Заказчика на работающем оборудовании с целью добавления новых функций и повышения надежности. В настоящее время модернизация систем управления производится на любом виде технологического оборудования (таких как станки с ЧПУ отечественные или импортные, автоматические линии и т. д.). Нами освоены в полном объеме наиболее распространенные и перспективные системы управления и контроллеры таких фирм как SIEMENS, OMRON, ALLEN-BRADLEY, FANUC, и др. Работы по модернизации систем управления ведутся в тесном контакте со специалистами этих фирм. Отдел модернизации имеет большой опыт в установке и наладке частотных приводов с системами плавного пуска для управления асинхронными трехфазными двигателями ф. SIEMENS и ALLEN-BRADLEY. По желанию Заказчика мы производим инжиниринг, разработку проекта, закупку комплектующих, работы по монтажу системы управления на борту оборудования с запуском и сдачей в эксплуатацию, обучением персонала, консалтинг. Кроме указанных выше работ мы осуществляем прямые поставки комплектующих для систем управления SIEMENS, OMRON, ALLEN-BRADLEY, FANUC, и др. по спецификации Заказчика, в том случае, когда Заказчик сам осуществляет разработку проекта и выполняет работы на оборудовании. | The department of modernization and repair of control systems as an independent unit was formed on basis of the department of capital repair in 1997. The reason for establishing of a new department was such, that when making the capital repair the customers' requirement toward the existing control systems were rising targeting increase of reliability and technical characteristics of the equipment (such as feed rate, precision of positioning, characteristics of capacity, connection with a computer etc.). Our specialists were analyzing existing system of control and proposing versions of solutions for the stated problems. Afterwards there appeared orders solely for modernization of control system with consideration of customers' technical assignment for operating equipment targeting incorporation of new functions and increase of reliability. At present modernization of control systems is carried out on any kind of technological equipment (such as domestic and imported machines with CNC, automatic lines etc.). Most popular and prospective control systems and controllers such as SIEMENS, OMRON, ALLEN-BRADLEY, FANUC and others are fully explored by us. Modernization of these systems is carried out in close contact with specialists from these companies. The department of modernization has a great experience at installment and debugging of the frequency drives with the soft start systems for controlling of asynchronous three-phase motors produced by SIEMENS and ALLEN-BRADLEY. At Customer’s will we carry out engineering, project design, purchase of parts and fittings, mounting of the control system on equipment board with activation, training of personnel, consulting. Apart from the stated above, we deliver direct fittings and parts for SIEMENS, OMRON, ALLEN-BRADLEY, FANUC and others according to the customer's specification, for case when a Customer carries out the project development and all the works solo. |
