Внеклассное мероприятие « Welcome, Spring”

This is the season

When snowdrops bloom,

When nobody likes

To stay in the room.

Звучит музыка и  на сцену выходит девочка

Spring: Dear guests! Here I am.  I am spring.  I am very glad to meet yon and all my friends. 

People call me the season of hope and happiness. When I come, flowers begin to grow, green leaves appear on the trees. Birds come from the South and begin to build their nests in the trees. The air is fresh, the sky is blue. The sun shines brightly.

I  have come but not alone. Here are my little brothers, they will help me.

Заходят весенние месяцы и гово­рят: 

1: March brings sunny days and winds        

  So we know that spring begins.

2:  April brings the primrose sweet.

  We see daisies at our feet.

3:  May brings flowers, joy and grass

  And the holiday for us.

Заходят гости:

-Dear Spring! We are glad to meet you! We want to present you our song.

Spring: Oh? It's great! I like songs very much.

Spring: Oh! I like flowers very much.

May: The girls and the boys from the 5  form have prepared a small show of spring flower fashion.

Snowdrop: I am first to come. I come when the snow is on the ground. I have a white or blue dress. My name is Snowdrop. Don't you think I am pretty?

Violet: And I come next. I don't like snow. It is cold when the snow is on the ground, I like warm days. My dress is violet. And now, you surely know that I am Violet?

Lily of the Valley: My name is Lily of the Valley. I think you all like my small white bells.

Daffodil: I come next. I am yellow like the sun. I like to dance in the wind. My name is Daffo­dil.

Buttercup: I am the last who comes in spring. I have a pretty yellow dress too. My name is Buttercup.

May: Our children are not only talented, they are very clever.

March: Let`s check. Be very attentive and try to do everything correctly. Three teams “Daffodil”, “ Snowdrop”  and “Violet ” will take part in the competition. Our judges will be: … .Good luck to you!

April: Our first task is patters. Read them on your cards and try to pronounce them correctly. ( Приложение 1. Кто лучше и четче произнесет, тот и победитель. Команды отвечают по очереди)

May : Our second task is riddles. Now listen to the riddles and guess them.( приложение 2)
