The estimation was held by a consortium of appraisers in the structure of Deloitte & Touche CIS - JSC, Institute of Business Problems LLC and AKF Top-Audit LLC with application of cost-in-no-object approach based on definition of expenses for creation/purchase of assets and property complex as a whole.

As of 01.01.2008, 01.01.2009, 01.01.2010 and 01.01.2011IDGC of Centre did not conduct re-valuation.
