The proceeds from services on electric power transmission for 2009 amounted tothousand Rubles. The proceeds from services on electric power transmission for 2008 amounted tothousand Rubles. Growth of the issuer’s proceeds from transmission services by 43,6% is grounded by the reorganizational factor. The procedure of drawing up of accounting reporting of the reorganized companies is regulated by the Order of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 44n dated May 20, 03 “On approval of instructions on accounting reporting formation at reorganization of organisations”.

Thus, the Profit and Loss Statement of the Company for 2008 includes the results of the work of IDGC of Centre, JSC for January 01, 08 – December 31, 08, and the results of work of 11 distribution grid companies for March 31, 08 – December 31, 08.
The proceeds from services on electric power transmission for 2009 amounted to 934thousand Rubles, for 2010 amounted to57 563 151 thousand Rubles. Growth of the proceeds from electric power transmission for 2010 is 22,8% in comparison with same period of 2009 and is connected with increase of the volume of electric power sale to consumers by 3,6% and the growth of average tariff at 18,5%.

The proceeds from services on electric power transmission for Quarter 1 2011 amounted tothousand Rubles for the year, that is 23.2% higher than the same period of 2010. Growth of the proceeds from the indicated type of activity is connected with increase of the volume of electric power sale to consumers by 1,7% and the growth of average tariff for electric power transmission at 21.2%.

As a result of the 2008 reorganization by IDCG of Center takeover of the subordinated regional distribution companies within its area of ​​responsibility the main activities of the company changed. Prior to the reorganization the main activity of IDGC of Centre was provision of services of the sole executive body to the regional grid companies, since the reorganization the principal activity is the provision of electricity transmission services and services for technological connection of consumers to the grids of the company in 11 regions.
