As the global village continus to get smaller and cultures

gestures that surround us on a daily basis. As many of

us cross over cultural borders, we are obliged to respect

learn and understand more about the power of this silent

language. In the world of gestures, the best advise woud be

to remember to ask and be aweare. If you see a gesture that

is confusing ask a local person what it means. Then be

10

aware of many body sighns and customs around you in

11

order not to orffend others. Nor is it acceptable to shout in

12

anger or show excesive behaviour of any kind. Furthermore,

blowing one’s nose in public is also unacceptable and will

14

certainly be seen as an act of rudness.
