2. We, the Principal (Buyer), irrevocably confirm that obligations of Agent-1, Agent-2 are considered to be fulfilled. 3. We, the Principal (Buyer), will order and direct our bank to endorse automatic payment orders to the beneficiaries named below. 4. We, the Principal (Buyer), confirm that all pay orders shall automatically transfer funds as directed into each beneficiaries designated bank account within 3 (three) working days after the date of closing and completion of each and every shipment of the product during the Contract term plus any/or extensions and rollover of the specified Contract. 5. The closing and completion of each and every shipment shall be deemed to take place when the financial instrument issued by the Principal (Buyer) has been drawn down at the counters of the issuing bank. 6.We the undersigned being Principal (Buyer) or the Buyer’s named legally authorized representative as stated within the signed and legally binding main transaction, Contract unconditionally agree and undertake to approve and originate all payments in USD currency to all beneficiaries named below as their rightful and payable commissions. This Agreement also acts as a record confirming the commission amounts for each named beneficiary as set out below: Remuneration to Agent-1, Agent-2. TOTAL COMMISSION: $ US PER МТ COMMISSION SHALL BE PAID BY Principal (Buyer) AS FOLLOWS: Agent-1: $ US per MT: Agent-2: $ US per MT. The sums from calculation $ US ( ) for 1 (one) put MT of the Commodity are paid by tranches to more low specified accounts of Beneficiaries and / or their appointed Paymasters.	2. Мы, Принципал (Покупатель), безоговорочно подтверждаем, что Агент-1, Агент-2 выполнили свои обязательства. 3. Мы, Принципал (Покупатель), закажем и обязуем наш банк направить автоматическую оплату по счетам бенефициариям, указанным ниже. 4. Мы, Принципал (Покупатель), подтверждаем, что по всем счетам на оплату денежные средства будут направлены автоматически как указано, в назначенный банк, на расчетный счет бенефициария в течение 3 (Трёх) рабочих дней со дня закрытия и завершения операции по каждой партии товара во время срока действия Контракта, и/или все дополнительные расходы и оплату банковских операций по указанному Контракту. 5. Закрытие и завершение сделки по каждой партии будет считаться проведенным после получения финансового инструмента, выписанного Принципалом (Покупателем), в отделениях банка-эмитента. 6. Мы, нижеподписавшиеся Принципал (Покупатель) и юридически уполномоченные представители Покупателя, в рамках подписанных документов и несущие юридическую ответственность за выполнение условий сделки и Контракта, безоговорочно согласны и обязуемся провести все платежи в долларах США всем указанным ниже бенефициариям в качестве законных комиссионных. Данное Соглашение также действует как запись, подтверждающая сумму комиссионных для каждого указанного бенефициария, как указано ниже ВОЗНАГРАЖДЕНИЕ АГЕНТА-1, АГЕНТА-2: Общие комиссионные : $ US ЗА МТ Комиссионные выплачиваются Принципалом (Покупателем) следующим образом: Агент-1: US US за MT: Агент-2: US US за MT: Суммы из расчёта $ US ( ) за 1 (одну) поставленную метрическую тонну Товара оплачиваются траншами на нижеуказанные счета Бенефициариев и/или их назначенных Кассиров.
