8. A copy of the entities audited balance sheet and trading statement for the two most recent accounting periods.

9. A Statement of Assets for all Directors listed above.

10. A Letter from the applicant addressed to their Trading Bank, authorising the banker to answer any questions we may have about the applicant's affairs, as maybe known by the banker.

11. A Diagram of the applicants total group structure, highlighting the relationship between all companies or entities in the group.

12. As a minimum, a detailed three year business plan must be supplied.

13. Full Company Organisation chart, detailing names, job titles and positions.
