"On the organization of nutrition in the educational institution
in the 2018/2019 academic year"

Based on the Procedure for ensuring nutrition for students of municipal general education institutions of the Makaryev municipal district, approved by the Resolution of the Administration of the Makaryev Municipal District on June 27, 2016 No. 106

I ORDER:

  1. Organize student nutrition (breakfast) in the 2018/2019 academic year in the following amounts:
    1-4 grades – 29 rubles;
    5-11 grades – 34 rubles.

  2. Approve a ten-day menu for 1-4, 5-11 grades.

  3. Form a commission to control the quality of nutrition, consisting of:
    Mashkova R.E. – Deputy Director for Educational Work;
    Gladyshova I.R. – Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee;
    Gromova M.V. – Social Pedagogue;
    Suvorova S.A. – Medical Worker;
    – Member of the Parent Committee.

  4. Form a brokerage commission:
    Filatova N.G. – Head of the Canteen;
    Suvorova S.A. – Medical Worker;
    Rispozhzhenskaya A.I. – Head of Household Services;
    Gladyshova I.R. – Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee.

  5. The brokerage commission is to conduct daily quality checks of the meals and complete all necessary documentation.

  6. Filatova N.G. – Head of the Canteen:
    – Take special control over the preparation of food in accordance with SanPiN requirements;
    – Strengthen control over the quality of dishwashing, strictly follow SanPiN requirements, carrying out the final processing with boiling water;
    – Regulate the menu, strictly following nutrition norms in accordance with SanPiN;
    – Do not use products without documents confirming their quality and compliance with sanitary standards.

  7. Determine breakfast times:
    1st break – Grades 1-3, 4a;
    2nd break – Grades 4b, 5-6, 7a;
    3rd break – Grades 7b, 8-11.

  8. Bakulina L.Yu. – Responsible for OPT, organize student duty in the canteen for students aged 14 and older and for teachers during breaks.
    Determine lunch time for GPD and children with disabilities from 13:30 to 14:00.

  9. Chernov I.M. – Appoint as responsible for working with documents related to the organization of nutrition.

  10. Organize free two-time meals for students with disabilities, including 32 children (Appendix 1).

  11. Organize preferential meals for students in the number of ___ children (Appendix 2).

  12. Class teachers of Grades 1-11:
    – Organize the informing of parents about the procedure for organizing nutrition;
    – Provide a nutrition accounting table for students to Filatova N.G. by the 3rd day of each month after the reporting period;
    – Strictly control student nutrition every day;
    – Ensure the accompaniment of students to the canteen;
    – Be present in the canteen during meal times;
    – Ensure order, assign each student a designated seat;
    – Designate a responsible student for organizing class meals;
    – Ensure daily submission of information about the number of students eating (in writing).

  13. Duty teachers are to ensure order in the canteen, be present in the dining hall during student meals, and control the work of the attendants and order at the sinks.

  14. Control over the execution of this order is assigned to me.
