In case you use services of another company, please, be sure to make this company aware of this Manual in part of the terms and procedure of access to GostinyDvor; see section «GostinyDvor Access Procedure»(page 13).

You can order loading/unloading works, storage of empty tare during the Exhibition, and slinger services using Form C8(page 27).

The organizer will not provide furniture to Exhibitors who rent unequipped area.

Cost of services requested in the period from 14 May till 6 June 2012 increases on 50%. Service rates are given in Forms С5-С8, К2.

Please, submit to the Exhibition Directorate the final layout of your Stand.

A stand layout design should include:

·  3D color view of the stand.

·  Floor plan of the first floor, second floor (if any), and side view.

·  Locations of the electric switch board and water supply (if any), as well as total kilowatts of electricity consumed by the stand equipment.

PLEASE NOTE! Power connection and consumption at the stand should be ordered additionally in accordance with installed capacity – Form C5.

Extra payment for the second floor of two-level stand
