§  The rate includes cost of local calls. Long-distance and international calls should be paid on the last day of the Exhibition against a receipt issued by the Exhibition Directorate.

§  The rate includes costs of installation and consumables.

Stand Security

You can order your stand security for the period of Exhibition working days from 4 till 6 June from 9:00 till 19:00.

Cost of service is 9.5 Euro for a person per hour (VAT18% included).

§  In the calculation, each started 100 kg of actual weight are taken up as full 100 kg; each started cubic meter of actual volume is taken up as a full cubic meter.

§  In accordance with operating procedure, a loader is provided only with a slinger.

§  Load should be on a wooden pallet, otherwise services of slingers should be ordered, two persons minimum depending on the weight.

§  Maximum allowable load weight is limited to 2 tons.

Please, provide a description of your company activities in Russian and English languages (max. 60 words)in electronic Form K1 to the Exhibition Directorate. In case the limit of 60 words is exceeded the Exhibition Directorate reserves the right to edit the description text as it deems necessary.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MODULES,

to be published in the Official Catalogue of the ATOMEXPO 2012 International Forum

·  Page size (A4): 210x297 mm; half page (A5) – 145x210 mm.

·  Allowance for trimming: minimum 3 mm on each side.

·  Indent of the MODULE significant elements from trim margins — not less than 5 mm.

·  Acceptable file formats TIFF, Adobe Illustrator EPS, CorelDraw CDR.

·  All fonts should be converted in curves.

·  Color pattern of all image types - CMYK.

·  Resolution of bit images – not lower than 250 dpi.

·  If special effects are used in CorelDraw, the bit image should be converted in a group of objects related to a given effect.

·  Total number of paints in each image dot – not more than 310%.
