Invitations for the Exhibition visitors

To arrange free access of your guests to the Exhibition, you have to provide them with Invitations. Each Exhibitor will receive free-of-charge invitations as 2 pieces per each 3 sq. m of the exhibition area. Invitations have to be collected in the Organizers’ Office at the address: 10-38 BolshayaTulskaya str., Moscow, Russia before 1 June 2012.

Exhibitor Badge

Exhibitors are provided with Exhibitor badges as 2 free badges per 9 sq. m.If you need additional Exhibitor badges, you can order them using this form by filling in the table below

Invitations to the Evening Welcome Party

The Organizers invite Exhibitors to the Evening Welcome Party on the occasion of opening of the ATOMEXPO 2012 International Forum which will be held at 7:00 pm on 4 June 2012.

Exhibitors are provided with the invitations to the Evening Welcome Party as 1 free invitation per company. If you need additional invitations to the Evening Welcome Party, you may order them by filling in the table bellow.

An Evening Welcome Party invitation costs is €82 (VAT18 % included).

Stand cleaning

Each morning, before the Exhibition opening hours, aisles between stands will be cleaned. Litter left in front of the stand in a plastic bag or box will be taken away, as well.

You can order cleaning using this Form.

Notes:

§  One-time cleaning includes vacuum-cleaning of the carpet, emptying waste paper bins and removal of litter from the stand.

§  Cleaning is carried out from 7:00 pm till 8:00 pm in the evening or from 9:00 till 10:00 am on the eve of the Exhibition opening and from 9:00 till 10:00 am and from 6:00 till 7:00 pm during the Exhibition working days.

§  The rate is set basing on 1 m2 of the rented area. Minimal order is 9 m2.

Communications services are provided for the period of the Exhibition working days.
