2.4. 3.3. Водоем, где выловлены ДВЖ, свободен по правилам Всемирной организации здравоохранения животных от тех подлежащих уведомлению болезней, к которым чувствительны включенные в данную поставку виды / The reservoir (lake, river etc.), where the OAA had been caught, is free from the OIE-notifiable diseases of species included into this shipment in accordance OIE rules.

3.4. Регион, где выловлены ДВЖ, свободен по правилам Всемирной организации здравоохранения животных от тех подлежащих уведомлению болезней, к которым чувствительны включенные в данную поставку виды / The region, where the farm is sited, is free from the OIE - notifiable diseases of species included into this shipment in accordance OIE rules.

3.5. Ферма, где выращены ДВЖ, находится под постоянным контролем компетентного ведомства страны-экспортера / The farm where the OAA are grown up is under constant control of competent authority of the country-exporter.

3.6. ДВЖ, включенные в данную поставку, поставлены на карантин продолжительностью не менее 21 дня (указать дату постановки на карантин и его продолжительность) / The OAA, included in this shipment, are put on quarantine by duration not less then 21 day (specify the date of the quarantine start and its duration: ex: 01/01/2012 - 24)

3.7. Карантин, на продолжении которого не выявлено признаков заразных или не заразных болезней, прошел под наблюдением / Clinical signs of infectious or non infectious diseases have not been detected. The quarantine has passed under supervision of:

Настоящий сертификат применяется для сертификации поставок, ДВЖ следующих таксономических групп/ The present certificate is applicable for certification of OAA, belonging to the next taxonomic groups: хрящевые рыбы/cartilaginous fishes/Chondrichthyes; костные рыбы/bony fishes/Osteichthyes; круглоротые/jawless fishes/Cyclostomata; земноводные/amphibians/Amphibia; ракообразные/crustaceans/Crustacea; моллюски/molluscs/Mollusca; кишечнополостные и гребневики/medusa & comb jellies/Cnidaria & Ctenophora; губки/sponges/porifera; иглокожие/echinoderms/Echinodermata; плоские черви/flatworm/Platyhelminthes; немертины/ribbon worms/Nemertini; щетинкочелюстные/arrow worms/Chaetognatha; мшанки/moss animals/Ectoprocta; плеченогие/brachiopods/Brachiopoda и симбиотические сообщества перечисленных организмов (живые камни, живой песок и т. д.)/and symbiotic association of mentioned organisms (so called “Live rock”, “Live sand” and so on.
