6. МАТЕРИАЛЬНО-ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЕ ДИСЦИПЛИНЫ
При проведении практических занятий рекомендуется в учебном процессе привлекать весь спектр мультимедийных средств. Если у преподавателя возникнет необходимость использовать на занятии помимо рисунков, схем, например, видеоматериалы, удобным инструментом для этих целей используется видеопроектор. При проведении занятий возможно также прослушивание аудиозаписей и выполнение программированных заданий в компьютерном классе. Следует использовать телевидение, кинофильмы и презентации, а также обращаться к информационным ресурсам Интернета, чат - и e-mail - технологии.
При работе с мультимедийными средствами происходит формирование компетенции информационных технологий:
- Приём, переработка, выдача информации;
- Овладение компьютерной грамотностью;
- Овладение электронной и Интернет - технологией.
Посредством использования компьютерных обучающих программ возможно также формирование у студентов социокультурной компетенции.

«ИНОСТРАННЫЙ ЯЗЫК»
Аннотация рабочей программы
Дисциплина «Иностранный язык» является частью профессионального цикла дисциплин подготовки студентов по направлению 080200.62 «Менеджмент». Дисциплина реализуется на экономическом факультете НОУ ВПО ИнЭУ кафедрой гуманитарных и социально-экономических дисциплин.
Дисциплина нацелена на формирование общекультурных компетенций: способен логически верно, аргументировано и ясно строить устную и письменную речь; способен использовать основные положения и методы гуманитарных и экономических наук при решении социальных и профессиональных задач и профессиональных компетенций выпускника: знания иностранного языка и умения применять в связи с профессиональными задачами.
В процессе освоения дисциплины у студентов развиваются следующие компетенции:
а) общекультурные (ОК):
- обладать знанием базовых ценностей мировой культуры и готовностью опираться на них в своем личностном и общекультурном развитии (ОК-1);
- способностью занимать активную гражданскую позицию (ОК-3);
- умением логически верно, аргументировано и четко строить устную и письменную речь (ОК-6);
- готовностью к кооперации с коллегами, работе в коллективе (ОК-7);
- владеть одним из иностранных языков на уровне не ниже разговорного (ОК-14).
Содержание дисциплины охватывает круг вопросов, связанных с закреплением лексической, грамматической, стилистической компетенций английского языка, обеспечивающих формирование соответствующих навыков, с усвоением лексического материала по темам: экономика и промышленность США и Великобритании, виды деловой активности, бизнесмены и бизнес, международная торговля, с усвоением грамматического материала по темам: имя существительное, артикль, местоимения, имя прилагательное, наречие, видовременные формы глагола в действительном и страдательном залоге.
Преподавание дисциплины предусматривает следующие формы организации учебного процесса: практические занятия, коллоквиумы, самостоятельную работу студента, мультимедийные средства обучения: учебные фильмы по лингвострановедению и дискуссии, презентации учебных тем, мини-проекты.
Программой дисциплины предусмотрены следующие виды контроля: текущий контроль успеваемости в форме выполнения индивидуальных заданий, письменных контрольных срезов (тест, диктант, сочинение, изложение) и промежуточный контроль в форме письменного контрольного тестирования по темам курса.
Общая трудоемкость освоения дисциплины составляет 13 зачетных единиц, 468 часов.
Программой дисциплины предусмотрены практические – 198 часа и 198 часа самостоятельной работы студентов.

10. The Buyers have the right to make the claims on the Sellers:
—concerning the quality of the goods /including non-observance of the assortment - within 8 months from the date of delivery;
—concerning the quantity of the goods /including breakage or damage/ - within 6 months from the date of delivery;
—concerning the goods to which the guarantee is applied - within 30 days upon the expiration of the guarantee period.
In case of presenting any claim concerning the quantity of the goods the Buyers have the right to demand either additional delivery of the non-delivered goods or reimbursement of the amount paid by them for the non-delivered goods.
