Official Lists are published in the Official Exhibition Guide, on the Exhibition Official Website, information billboards and direction signs in front of pavilions.

This Form is obligatory for all exhibiting companies.

If an exhibiting company fails to submit its information for official lists, the Organizers reserve the right to provide the information indicated in the Contract for Participation.

If an exhibiting company does not submit its name in either Russian or English Language, the Organizers reserve the right to translate the name to the best of their knowledge. In this case complaints shall not be accepted.

Payments for ordered services shall be made in advance to the account of EXPOCENTRE, ZAO by ___ _____________________ 20__ Comments regarding ordered services or services which are not listed above (optional): Issues not covered by this Contract shall be subject to The General Terms of Participation in Exhibitions Held at Expocentre Fairgrounds as approved by the 116th Executive Order of the General Director of EXPOCENTRE, ZAO of 30th November 2004 considered an integral part of this Contract with all its subsequent amendments. EXHIBITOR has read and hereby accepts The General Terms of Participation with all its supplements including the Rates for Services to Exhibitors at Exhibitions Held at Expocentre Fairgrounds as approved by the 13th Executive Order of the General Director of EXPOCENTRE, ZAO of 14th February 2005 with subsequent amendments. All disputes, differences or claims arising from this Contract or in its connection, including fulfillment, violation, or invalidity, shall be subject to settlement in the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in accordance with its Regulations. Decisions of the Court shall be final and binding upon both Parties. The Contract may be signed and other documents exchanged by facsimile transmissions and electronic mail with mandatory back up dispatch of originals of the e-mailed/faxed copies. EXHIBITOR undertakes to mail the originals of the executed Contract and other executed documents to EXPOCENTRE, ZAO - by registered mail with notification or via a courier service - within five days of signing. As payments are processed by respective banks, commission amounts charged by the bank of EXHIBITOR shall be to EXHIBITOR’s account. Any commission amounts charged by intermediary banks shall be to the account of EXPOCENTRE, ZAO. ADDRESSES AND BANKING DETAILS OF THE PARTIES
