We are happy to welcome you to the Elektro’2010 International Exhibition.

Please read the manual and study the information carefully. We strongly encourage you to take particular note of the deadline dates. Please make sure you meet all the deadlines and follow our recommendations to save time and avoid inconveniences.

We, on our part, will spare no effort to maximize the efficiency of your participation.

We will be happy to answer any questions and give you help and guidance on preparing for the show.

There are three entrances to Expocentre Fairgrounds:

North Entrance: from 1st Krasnogvardeisky proezd

West Entrance: from Vystavochnaya metro station

South Entrance: from Krasnopresnenskaya naberezhnaya

By public transport: - Vystavochnaya metro station - Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro station, then bus No. 12; mini-bus No. 100 to the Vystavochny Kompleks. Severny Vkhod/North Entrance bus stop - Krasnopresnenskaya metro station, then mini-bus No. 546 to the Vystavochny Kompleks. Yuzhny Vkhod/South Entrance bus stop By car: – Krasnopresnenskaya nab., 14 (South Entrance) – 1st Krasnogvardeisky proezd (North Entrance)

Expocentre Fairgrounds, Pavilions Nos. 2 (Halls 1, 2, 3), 3, open-air areas

Exhibition Dates

Build-up:	June 4–6 between 8.00 and 20.00
Open Period:	June 7–9 between 10.00 and 18.00 June 10 between 10.00 and 16.00
Breakdown:	June 10 between 16.30 and 18.00 (hand carried items only) June 10 between 18.00 and 20.00 (cars only)
June 11-13 between 8.00 and 20.00
Opening Ceremony:	June 7 at 12.00 Gallery of Pavilion No. 2

During the build-up, open and breakdown periods the pavilions are open from 8.00 to 20.00. Extended working time in the pavilion shall be charged extra.

Overtime work in the pavilions shall be authorized by the Pavilion Management.

Please note that during the open period of the exhibition access for vehicles to deliver and pick up exhibits is permitted only between 8and 18

Please note that industry specialists do not require tickets to enter the exhibition, they just have to register when entering the venue.

The Exhibition Catalogues can be purchased at the booking offices located at the entrances to the Fairgrounds.

Business trip certificates can be endorsed at the Pass Office situated at the entrance to Expocentre Fairgrounds or at the Exhibition Management Office.
