Compulsory Check-in Procedure to the Apartments includes:

Execution of Daily Sublease Agreement with the guest. A photo of an identifying document (passport). 100% payment of total cost for accommodation according to the terms of the chosen rate. Transfer of keys to the guest: 1 complete set. In some cases, the administration reserves the right to collect a deposit (in cash or with credit card) for the duration of the Agreement, which is returned to the guest (the same way as was received from the guest) after the transfer of the keys in the absence of financial damage.

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation No. 5242-1 dated June 25, 1993 (as amended on June 29, 2015) "On the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence and residence within the Russian Federation" and Federal Law No. 109 dated July 18, 2006-FZ (as amended on December 22, 2014) "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation", all guests are subject to mandatory registration, for this it is necessary to carry one of the following documents:

For citizens of the Russian Federation:

• the Russian Federation passport;

• Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old, citizens of the Russian Federation).

For foreign citizens:

• passport of a foreign citizen with a visa and migration card;

• passport of a foreign citizen and a voucher on stay on the territory of the Russian Federation as part of a group (for guests of ferry companies which can stay on the territory of the Russian Federation for 72 hours without a visa);

• passport of the foreign citizen and the migration card (for citizens of visa-free countries);

• diplomatic passport;

• residence permit in the Russian Federation.

Check-in and check-out

Standard time of check-in is 2 p. m. Time of check-out is 12 p. m.

The possibility of early check-in or late check-out is agreed in advance.

• Early check-in after 11 a. m. is settled as 50% from the cost of 1 day of the selected rate.

• Early check-in before 11 a. m. is settled as 100% from the cost of 1 day of the selected rate.

• Late check-out before 7 p. m. is settled as 50% from the cost of 1 day of the selected rate.

• Late check-out after 7 p. m. is settled as 100% from the cost of 1 day of the selected rate.

Receive keys and pass the check-in procedure by the following methods:

Meeting near the Apartments (2 Poltavsky Proezd, Tsarskaya Stolitsa Residential Complex), from 11.00 a. m. till 08.00 p. m.

The representative of the Apartments Poltavsky Proezd 2B will meet you and accompany to the Apartments and assist you with accommodation. Reference of the meeting point is Lime Supermarket located in front of Temple Theodore Icon of the Mother of God.

Check-in at Nevsky Forum Hotel (69 Nevsky Prospect) from 08.00 p. m. till 11.00 a. m.:

Front office manager of Nevsky Forum Hotel will accept payment (in cash or with bank card), sign Sublease Agreement, transfer keys to the apartments, and a keycard lock for room.

Please note: Please, refer to Accommodation Payment Terms.

Our sales manager will be glad to meet you at the scheduled time near the Apartments (non-working office hours from 8 p. m. to 11 a. m.). The cost of the service is 2500 rubles.

How can you get to the Apartments from Moskovsky railway station?

Moskovsky railway station is situated within 550 m from the Apartments.

If you have little luggage, we recommend you to walk to the Apartments, it will take you 10-15 min maximum. 

If you arrive at the Moskovsky railway station, you can inform us of your time of arrival and the train direction, and also your railroad car number for you to be met with your name table at the platform near the railroad car.  The representative of Apartments Poltavsky Proezd 2B will accompany you to the Apartments.

In case you need help with your luggage, you can order taxi upon arrival right at the railway station (the approximate cost of the trip will amount to RUB 500) or can book a “transfer” service in advance. The service amounts to RUB 1000 (1-4 persons). 

The driver will meet you at the platform with the name table, help you with your luggage and transfer you to the Apartments.

How can you get from Nevsky Forum Hotel to the Apartments?

Nevsky Forum Hotel is situated within 400 m from Moskovsky railway station. You can quickly reach it on foot down Ligovsky and Nevsky Prospects.

You can walk from Nevsky Forum Hotel to the Apartments in Tsarskaya Stolitsa Residential Complex down Nevsky, Ligovsky Prospects, through Moskovsky railway station checkpoint or down Goncharnaya Street.

You can also order a taxi from the Hotel to the Apartments right at the Hotel (the approximate cost is RUB 700).

How can you get to the Apartments from Pulkovo Airport?

Pulkovo Airport is situated within 24 km from the Apartments.

The most convenient way to get there is by car: you can book a taxi upon arrival at the airport (in the Taxi Pulkovo Bureau, the approximate cost of the trip amounts to RUB 1 000) or book a "transfer" service in advance. The service amounts to RUB 1 800 rubles per meeting for up to 4 people; RUB 2 800 per meeting for up to 8 people. The driver will meet you in the meeting area at the airport with your name table, help you with luggage and drive you to the Apartments.

You can also use public transport: for this you need to take the bus number 39 or the fixed-route taxi No. K39. Buses run from 5-30 a. m. to 1-30 a. m. with an interval of 12-20 minutes, fixed-route taxis run from 7 a. m. to 23-30 p. m. with an interval of 5 minutes. A bus (fixed-route taxi) will take you to Moskovskaya metro station. On the underground you need to move (on the 2nd blue line) to Nevsky Prospect station, go to Gostiny Dvor station (3rd green line) and move one stop to Mayakovskaya station. Next, go to Ploshchad Vosstaniya station and go out to the side of Ligovsky Prospect and Moskow railway station and go through the checkpoint of the Moskovsky railway station to Poltavsky Proezd (see the map "How can you get from the Moskovsky railway station?")

How can you get to Apartments from Vitebsky, Finsky, Ladozhsky, Baltiysky railway stations?

In order to reach the Apartments from Vitebsky, Finsky, Ladozhsky and Baltiysky railway stations, you can order a taxi upon arrival right at the railway station (the approximate cost is from RUB 500 to RUB 1000) or you can book a “transfer” service in advance. The service amounts to RUB 1200 per meeting for up to 4 people; RUB 2 800 per meeting for up to 8 people. The driver will meet you in the meeting area at platform with your name table, help you with your luggage and drive you to the Apartments.
