Reservation payment
- All prices are in rubles, VAT free.
Reservation may be paid:
- by cash
Cash payment is performed while check-in after the guest signs Sublease Agreement and is given the keys to the apartment.
Please note: original documents evidencing the payment (invoice and receipt) will be provided to you later in accordance with the terms agreed upon signing the agreement.
- by card upon check-in
Card payment is performed after the guest signs Sublease Agreement at Nevsky Forum Hotel at the address: 69, Nevsky Prospect. After the amount is debited from your card, you will be provided original documents evidencing the reservation payment and the keys to the apartment.
Card accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB, China UnionPay.
- online payment by card
The link for online payment will be sent by the representative of the apartment upon prior request; the bank account statement shall be the documents evidencing the payment for you accounting records.

- non-cash payment
Non-cash payment is performed upon invoice issued within 3 working days prior to the guest’s check-in. To obtain an invoice issued please contact us by email *****@***ru. After the payment is performed, a copy of transfer order stamped by a bank is to be sent by e-mail *****@***ru. The closing documents will be submitted upon the guest’s check-out.
Please note: in case the amount is not credited to the account by the guest’s check-in date, the representatives of the Apartments Poltavsky Proezd 2B reserves the right to specify in the Sublease Agreement the necessity to make a cash deposit by the guest upon check-in.
Changes of reservation
If your plans have changed, please inform us using any of these contact details:

If your plans have changed after the check-in, please inform us about the reduction of period of stay within 48 hours before the new check-out date. Otherwise the amount charged shall be for one day of stay.
Cancellation rules
By confirming the room reservation (orally or in writing) we reserve the apartment for you until 7:00 a. m. Moscow time of the day following the day of the arranged check-in.
In case of non-cancelled reservation check-in failure your reservation will be cancelled and the forfeit will amount to the cost of the first day of stay.
You may cancel your reservation for free*:
- 2 days prior to check-in date in Low season (09.01.2017 – 16.04.2017; 01.09.2017 – 28.12.2017); 5 days prior to check-in date in Peak season (17.04.2017 – 31.08.2017; 29.12.2017 – 07.01.2018).

Refund
Refund* for paid and not used services will be calculated in the following way:
- 100%, in case the service cancellation is performed 2 days prior to delivery of services in Low Season (09.01.2017 – 16.04.2017; 01.09.2017 – 28.12.2017); 100%, in case the service cancellation is performed 5 days prior to delivery of services in Peak Season (17.04.2017 – 31.08.2017; 29.12.2017 – 07.01.2018).
Refund will be performed in the same way the payment was made:
- For card payments – the money will be refunded to the card used to perform the payment. You should e-mail us by *****@***ru by form available on our web-site in Terms and Guaranties Section: www. forumhotel. ru/en/terms_and_guarantees.
- For non-cash payments – the money will be refunded to the legal entity’s account used to perform the payment. For cash payments – cash refunds are provided (upon availability of payment receipt) For online payments by card by online reservation form available on our web-site – click the link given in the confirmation of your reservation; the money will be refunded within 7 banking days.

When making a reservation, please study the rates carefully, as some of them do not provide the reservation refund function.
Terms of Agreement
The Sublease Agreement is available on our web-site in Terms and Guaranties Section: www. forumhotel. ru/en/terms_and_guarantees.
The Agreement will be signed in 2 copies by the guest and the representative of the Apartments Poltavsky Proezd 2B, one copy shall be submitted to the guest, and the other to the representative of the Apartments.
Please Note: upon signing the Sublease Agreement, the guest is to allow the representative of the Apartments Poltavsky Proezd 2B to take a photo of the guest’s passport.
Residence Regulations
To ensure a comfortable stay of all guests of the apartments and under Federal Law dated 23.02.2013 No. 15-FZ (as amended on 31.12.2004) “On Protection of Health of the Public from Exposure to Environmental Tobacco Smoke and Consequences of Tobacco Use”, tobacco smoking is prohibited in the apartment, elevators and common areas of the apartment block.
Smoking in the apartments entitles the administration to include in the guest’s bill the expenses for additional cleaning in the amount of RUB 5 000 per day.
Please be reminded that under the Law of Saint Petersburg “On Administrative Violations in Saint Petersburg (as amended on 09.03.2016)” during the period from 10:00 p. m. till 08:00 a. m. the use of TV-sets, radio sets, tape recorders and other sound reproducing systems, pyrotechnical devices and sound reinforcement systems, including set at vehicles, repair works, loading and unloading, and construction works, shouting, whistling, banging, moving furniture, singing, playing musical instruments and other actions causing the infringement of silence and rest of citizens at night are prohibited.
Please note that under Daily Sublease Agreement for Apartment signed upon check-in, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide accommodation to guests who violate the apartment residence regulations.
Cleaning and bed sheets changing
The apartments are cleaned before the guests’ check-in. During the stay the cleaning of the apartment is not performed.
In case of additional stay for more than 5 days, additional bed sheets and towels changing is performed:
- towels are changed once in 3 days; bed sheets are changed once in 5 days.
Bed sheets changing will be performed by the chambermaid at the time agreed during the day. Upon prior request, you will be provided with additional bed sheets and towels for the whole period of stay to change them yourself.
Children accommodation
One-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments can accommodate children.
One-bedroom apartments can accommodate 1 child without additional charge.
Upon prior approval, two-bedroom apartments can accommodate maximum of 6 people (4 adults, 2 children). Accommodation of 4, 5 and 6 is charged additionally at the rate of RUB 500 per person.
The amount includes:
- sleeper sofa or sleeper chair depending on the type of the apartments;

- bed sheets and towels; shampoo, shower gel, soft soap; tea, salt, sugar;
Accommodation with pets
Upon prior approval, pets accommodation is allowed (cat, dog):
- with one pet less than 5 kg; with two pets less than 3 kg.
The Administration reserves a right to require a cash deposit amounting to cost of 1 day of stay until the guests’ check-out.
