We require publishing our advertising in the exhibition catalogue (mark þ):

The original advertising model is enclosed.

The cost of publication constitutes 130 EUR. Information for publication in the official catalogue shall be presented as electronic document both in English and Russian. The size of the text shall not exceed 500 signs (for each language), excluding prepositions but including punctuation marks.

Full-color advertising:

Cost of publication of the full-colour advertising module - 262 EUR. 1 page, the total volume shall be coordinated with the Organizer.

NOTES:

The companies that are the first to submit their applications will have priority in publication of their advertising in the exhibition catalogue. Organizers guarantee that the publication will be identical to the submitted original layout. Organizers shall have a right to decline placement of advertising materials in the exhibition catalogue for esthetical reasons.

Catalogue format: 125х210 mm.

½ of the catalogue - 125х105 mm + 3 mm for cutting from all sides

The following file formats are applicable:
• Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS), all fonts shall be turned into curves
• CorelDRAW (CDR), all fonts shall be turned into curves
• Bit images in *.TIFF format and Photoshop EPS (CMYK, 300 dpi)

Please, ensure the absence of mix colors – turn the ones printed with the separate paint into CMYK model.

Vector images in EPS format shall not contain elements or RGB images.

The organizers are not responsible for the quality of the received original model.

In case the original model not been received until August 05, 2013 the advertising shall not be published in the catalogue and the advanced payment shall not be returned.

All rates shall be raised for 50% for the companies not participating in the exhibition.
