In case of provision of booth with better observation the cost of 1 sq. m. is increased:
Next to the passageway (predominantly island type booth) - 15% (not less than 40 sq. m)
Corner type (2 opened sides) - 10% (not less than 12 sq. m.);
Peninsular type (3 opened sides) - 15% (not less than 24 sq. m);
Island type (4 opened sides) - 20% (not less than 40 sq. m)
Extra charge for double-floor booth mounting is 50% of total area cost.

PLACING OF GIRDERS, BANNERS AND POSTERS
Placing of special girders, banners and posters, balloons, etc. on the structural system of the pavilions is authorized only after the coordination with the special services of the Organizers.
The cost of placing of girders and any advertisements is calculated on the basis of the number of anchorage points on the pavilion construction partitions (not more than 50 kg for 1 anchorage point – pavilion 8, not more than 75 kg – pavilions 7 and 8A). The cost of every anchorage point (FORM №10) is 200 EUR + VAT.
If necessary, you can rent winch, this service is paid extra.
PLACING OF THE ADVERTISEMENTS ON THE EXHIBITION AREA

OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
Information for the official catalogue must be sent not later than March 4, 2013.
Information for publication in the official catalogue must be presented as electronic document in both English band Russian. The size of the text is to be not more than 500 signs (for each language), including punctuation marks. The information file must also be filled according to the FORM №12, send to the participant after registration his application for participation..
Notes:
- Information, exceeding 500 printed character, is considered as an advertisement and is paid according to the exhibition advertisement rates. Advertisement positioning in the exhibition catalogue and guidebook is paid extra.
· In case of absence of the registration fee payment, all information is excluded from the official catalogue.
Attention:
For compiling of the subject content of the catalogue, please, mark the subject section your production belongs to. (FORM №14).
All logos and advertisement blocks must be presented in graphics editor programs, tif, jpg - formats with extension of 300 dpi, cdr, ai and scripts, turned to curves.

PARTICIPATION IN THE BUSINESS PROGRAM
Exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in the business program of the exhibition, to conduct their seminars and presentations.
In case of a seminar, presentations, press conferences you must complite an application (FORM №11)
PROMOTERS
Distribution of advertising materials by the representatives of the company (promoters) (beyond the bound of the exhibition booth is permitted only in case of their accreditation.
Cost of the promoters’ accreditation during the exhibition (not more than 2 people) is – 250 EUR + VAT
For every additional promoter - 110 EUR + VAT
Distribution of advertisingmaterials (by promoters) by the representatives of the company beyond the bounds of the exhibition booth should not cause any inconvenience to other participants.
Notes: The Organizers reserve the right to remove immediately the promoters, having no accreditation.
MOUNTING AND DISMANTLING. STAND DECORATION
Mounting, dismantling and design of standard booths at the exhibition execute company "EF-Design" - the general contractor at the exhibition complex LENEXPO.
All booths are set aside for the borders stand area. Stand height must not exceed 2.5 meters. Any excess of the height requires written authorization of the EF-Design, which is subject to the provision of necessary documentation.
Design of stands, as well as the content of posters, texts, inscriptions must meet all requirements of the exhibition themes and aesthetics. It is not allowed to place materials on walls, floors, columns, windows and doors, as well as on metal structures ceilings pavilion. In order to fix floor coverings it is allowed to use special tapes with adhesive. Used tapes should not leave marks on the floor after removal.
participation fee payment
Full payment of the exhibition participation fee (total exhibition space, registration fee, and additional services) must be made not later than March 15, 2013. The payment should be confirmed by a copy of the payment order with the bank mark of the total sum repayment of all requested services and VAT (18%).
The participant’s booth location is considered reserved only after the payment of the advance payment at the rate of 30% of total exhibition area rental cost and 100% of registration fee (must be paid in 10 business days after receiving the invoice). The total payment for the exhibition participation must be made not later than March 15, 2013. In case of violating of the stated dates the Organizers reserve the right to change the location of the booth within the pavilion or move the booth into another pavilion, having informed the participants about the situation. In case of violating of the stated dates the Organizers also reserve the right to refuse the participant to provide the requested services.
Exhibition withdrawal
The exhibitor is obliged to inform the Organizer in written form about the cases of exhibition space reduction or the exhibition withdrawal.
In case of the exhibition withdrawal before March 15, 2013 the exhibitor suffer the penal sanctions at the rate of 50% of total requested exhibition area cost, including the booth mounting.
In case of the exhibition withdrawal after March 15, 2013 the exhibitor suffer the penal sanctions at the rate of 100% of the whole participation cost.
In case of exhibition space reduction by the exhibitor the Organizer reserves the right to change the location of the booth within the pavilion or move the booth into another pavilion, having informed the participants about the situation.
Exhibition regulations
- Participant should comply with the rules indicated in the “General Terms and Conditions of participation in the exhibition at “LENEXPO” Exhibition Complex”. Exhibition booth and participant’s conduct should not cause any inconvenience to other participants. Participant may start the dismantling works only after the exhibition closing. Participant cannot transfer any of the rights or engagements under the Agreement to the third persons. Booth cleaning, as well as cleaning of the occupied area is executed by the Participant, or by special services, according the participant’s order and at his own expenses. During the exhibition every Participant should send his representative for the Pavilion opening at 9a. m. and its closing at 6p. m..
CARGO HANDLING
All transport-forwarding services and concomitant customs formalities and works done on LENEXPO territory should be performed by JSC «PAN-BALT Service» which possesses an exclusive right to execute the above mentioned operations and services.
Any participant or his forwarding agent should negotiate an individual contract with the «PAN-BALT Service» company for executing of works mentioned above not later than 2 months before the exhibition beginning.
SECURITY AND SAFETY
During the whole period of the exhibition work the Organizers provide the procedure of general security of the exhibition, twenty-four-hour maintenance of public order at the exhibition area, excluding the particular security of the exhibits and other tangible property, owned by the participant.
The organizer is not responsible for safety of the exhibits and other tangible property, owned by the participant.
If necessary, the participant may order the particular security service of his booth during the daytime or night, as well as the security service of the booths at the outdoor exhibition area:

COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS COMPLIANCE
In case of public performance of any creations (writings, phonograms, performances, game performances, declamations, singing, dancing, presentation of the audio-visual creations) during the exhibition, the participant must independently negotiate the contracts and make all the payments, connected with the usage of the subject matters of copyright or related rights by himself, his colleagues or partners during the period of the present contract activity.
In case of any kinds of reclamations towards the Organizer, connected with the usage of the subject matters of copyright or related rights by the Exhibitor or the third persons, invited by the exhibitor onto the territory of JSC “Lenexpo”, the participant is obliged without resort to courts to compensate the material losses, suffered by the Organizer and caused by the following reclamations, including the sums stated in the plaintiff’s claims.
IF THE PARTICIPANT VIOLATES THE ABOVE-LISTED “TERMS OF PARTICIPATION” HE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE EXHIBITION.
