The "Energetika + Elektrotechnika" exhibition, being one of the primary exhibitions in Russia has been held in Saint-Petersburg since 1993. The project is prominent as it presents the whole specter of relevant branch data, and the visitors - specialists of power engineering, being the real target audience – become potential purchasers of the presented products. Saint-Petersburg is one of the largest cities in the world that has lately restored the leading role in power machine building and has also become a real “window on Europe”. Exhibition organizer: JSC "ExpoForum" The official support of the exhibition is provided by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Power Industry of the Russian Federation, Saint-Petersburg Government, the Government of the Leningrad region, Legislative Court of the Leningrad region, the Association of Trade Interaction between the Entities of the North-West region, the Union of power engineers of the North-West region of Russia, Gas Club, AVOK «Severo-Zapad». The "Energetika + Elektrotechnika" exhibition is: - the first rate and the most impressive branch exhibition in Russia - the meeting point for the first rate global producers of the power industry, suppliers of goods and services for heat- and hydro-power stations, heating systems and other power systems - the place to find all novelties of the global electrotechnical market - a good possibility to meet the representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Industry and Power  of the Russian Federation and Saint-Petersburg Government, providing the exhibition overall support - a real chance to interchange the opinions and establish contacts in informal conditions

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

PUBLIC OFFERING

JSC "EspoForum" offers a simplified way to participate in exhibitions - by accepting a public offer of JSC "ExpoForum."

"Public Offer" / "Offer" - a public offering of the Organizer, addressed to an undetermined number of people - to any legal person: the enterprise, company or organization of any form of ownership or individual entrepreneur (hereinafter: the exhibitor) conclude a contract for the provision of temporary possession and use ( sublease) indoor (equipped or unequipped) or the outdoor exhibition area, belong to the Organizer the right to lease the existing terms and conditions contained in the General Conditions of participation, organization and holding of exhibitions and other events, Exhibitor Manual, Application for participation in the exhibition.

"Acceptance" or to confirm that the exhibitor to participate in an exhibition at the proposed conditions of the Offer, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code, is to pay the exhibitor booked exhibition space and / or services.

Acceptance of the offer is equal to sign the agreement to the terms set out in the offer.

PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION

Company or organization that wants to participate in the exhibition, send to the organizers of the completed and signed "Application for participation in the exhibition" (FORM 1) signed by the head of the organization and the chief accountant, appropriately stamped, orders for additional services, information for the directory.

Representative of the Exhibitor must have a power of attorney to sign documents (acts of works) at the exhibition – FORM 26 (page 46).

All deadlines for the applications you can see on page 4 of the «Manual of Participation».

COMPULSORY TECHNICAL ACCREDITATION

In case of ordering the raw exhibition space and self-construction construction the exhibitor or the external company-builder should be informed about their compulsory by technical accreditation in ExpoForum-Design, Ltd., As well as notify the organizers of the company-builder (FORM № 26) . The deadline for a coordination of technical parameters for self-construction of the stands - March 15, 2013.

The exhibitors may employ engineering and decoration works or involvement of third parties (contractors) to perform these works allowed only if installation (removal) of non-standard or exclusive stands with the written consent of the ExpoForum-Design, Ltd., otherwise the developers who have not passed control of technical documentation stands, exhibition areas, are not permitted.

APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION

Applications for participation in the exhibition and supplementary equipments or services sent by fax or e-mail shall be considered equal to the validity of copies of documents with an original signature and seal of the head of the organization and the chief accountant.

The participant’s booth location in the pavilion is preliminary. Depending on technical configurations of the booth organizers reserve the right to change the location of the booth within the pavilion or move the booth into another pavilion, having informed the participants about the situation.

Participant may start the dismantling works only after the exhibition closing.

Participant cannot transfer any of the rights or engagements under the Agreement to the third persons.

On the received applications the organizers sent the invoice which must be paid in full no later than March 11, 2013 (see «Participation fee payment»

Registration fees

ALL PRICES shown exclude VAT 18%

Obligatory fees:

·  Registration fee,

·  Exhibition space rental cost,

·  Additional services charges, including power supply source

Registration fee for each exhibitor – 370 EUR

includes:

·  catalogue entry both in Russian and english (not more than 500 signs for each language),

·  a copy of the catalogue,

·  participation in all arrangements of the exhibition (except arrangements demands special invitations),
