Анотація.  Зроблено огляд літератури, що підводить до питання побудови метрик результатів навчання в соціальних мережах. Розглянуті типи шкал, які можуть застосовуватися для побудови метрик. Приведені базові положення теорії педагогічного вимірювання. Особлива увага приділена аналізу методологічних основ вимірювання і оцінки компетентностей. Наведені чотири методологічні підходи вимірювання компетентностей - американський поведінковий, британський функціональний,  багатовимірний (цілісний) і символічний (граничний). Показана структура опису компетентності. Приведені два підходи до діагностики компетентностей. Дані структурна і параметрична моделі формування компетентності. Наведені приклади інструментарії що реалізовують функцію управління компетентностями.

  В результаті запропонована модель обліку і вимірювання компетентностей в соціальних мережах. Позначені основні питання побудови метрик індивідуальних результатів навчання.

Abstract. The review of literature, tricking into to the question of construction of metrics of results of educating in social networks, is done. The types of scales that can be used for the construction of metrics are considered. Base positions over of theory of the pedagogical  measuring are brought. The special attention is spared to the analysis of methodological bases of measuring and estimation of compenecies. Four methodological approaches over of measuring of compenecies are brought - american behavioral, british functional,  multidimensional (integral)  and symbolic (border). The structure of description of competence is shown. Two approaches over are brought to diagnostics of compenecies. The structural is given and self-reactance to the model of forming of competence. Examples of tools are made realizing the function of management of compenecies. 

As a result the model of account and measuring of compenecies is offered in social networks. The basic questions of construction of metrics  mark individual result of education.
