It is prohibited:
1. Use in the layout of a foreign language without translation or transliteration, except for trademarks registered in Russia.
2. Use in the layout of citizensґ images without their written consent (for children require parental consent).
3. Use in the layout of state symbols and historical monuments (such as the flag of the Russian Federation, the St. Basilґs Cathedral, etc.).
The advertising modules should be directed to the Organizer until the 5th August, 2013.
