Note to clause 7.:

ATTENTION: Catering in conference halls can be ordered ONLY by «Sucre Bankeйt" (contacts see on the last page of this Service Manual). Involvement of other companies is not allowed.

For ordering catering to conference halls, be aware that depending on the number of persons, the «Sucre Bankeyt" service need additional time to prepare the room and cleaning it after the event. This time must be considered in ordering of conference halls as follows:

Note to clause A8.: The number of specialists required for technical support depends on the number of leased audio - and video equipment and shall be determined by the automation department of Crocus Expo. If a specialist is called to tune the customer's equipment, the specialist shall not be liable for the working order of such equipment.
Note to clause A3. - A8.: No request will be accepted without information of place, date and time of use of the service.
