EXHIBITORS' ENTRANCE TO THE EXHIBITION HALLS:

- On the Mounting Days, September 06 to 08, 2013: from 08:00 until 20:00;

- On the Press Day, September 09, 2013: from 08:00 until 19:00;

- On the Exhibition Working Days, September 10 to 13, 2013: from 09:00 until 18:00;

on September 14, 2013: from 09:00 until 22:00;

- On the Dismantling Days (September 15 to 16, 2013): from 08:00 until 20:00

ATTENTION:

- Self-moving exhibits, supporting transport means and ancillary mechanisms may entry to the Exhibition territory and leave the territory strictly only during the MOUNTING and DISMANTLING DAYS on the basis of LETTERS for Delivery-Removal;

- Entry to the Exhibition territory and leaving from the territory for any vehicles, transport means (including personal transport) and ancillary mechanisms on the EXHIBITION WORKING DAYS are strictly prohibited.

Each Exhibitor is entitled to receive 4 (four) free passes (badges) for each 16 square meters of leased exhibition premises.

ATTENTION: Max. 50 badges per 1 stand can be issued!

Entrance passes (badges) for the Exhibitor's representatives are valid for entry to the Exhibition area during the Mounting of stands, conducting of the Exhibition and Dismantling.

Entrance passes (badges) can be picked up starting from September 04, 2013 at the Registration desk in the Pavilion 3 of Crocus Expo upon submitting of a List of your representatives signed by the Exhibitorґs authorized person.

For faster preparation we advise you to send us a copy of the List of your representatives by e-mail by August 12, 2013.

INVITATIONS for visitors

You may also obtain invitations for your visitors for their free entrance to the Exhibition (for independent distribution).

Invitations can be picked up in the office of Media Globe in Moscow (Kapranov lane 3, build.2, office 501,

123242 Moscow, Phone: +7 /495/ starting from June 03, 2013, or they can be sent to you by post at the Exhibitor's expense.

INFORMATION ON THE EXHIBITOR FOR THE EXHIBITION CATALOGUE

Any Exhibitor can publish its Logotype above the company's information (two times - in English and Russian versions of the Catalogue) in total of 130.00 EUR.

ATTENTION: Logotypes shall be submitted in formats JPG or TIFF (min. 300 dpi)

Any Exhibitor shall be entitled to publish FREE OF CHARGE the Information on itself in the Official Exhibition Catalogue of COMTRANSґ2013.

Information for the Catalogue should contain the following information on the Exhibitor:

Company name; Pavilion No., Hall No., Stand No. Address (postcode, country, city, address, telephone and fax numbers); E-mail (1 address); Web-site (1 address); Addresses of the Company's representative offices or dealers;

·  Short annotation on the companyґs products or activities.

The total volume of the Exhibitor’s information to be published in two languages (Russian and English) shall not exceed 1000 characters including gaps and contact details. Each further character over the permitted 1000 shall cost 0.50 EUR per one character/gap.

Please, write the Information on your company for the Exhibition Catalogue (max. 1000 characters) in WORD format in the following field upon the pattern, and send this Form 2.0 in electronic form to the e-mail address as at the bottom of this page:

ADVERTISING IN THE EXHIBITION CATALOGUE

FORM 1.2.1 STAND No.

The Official Exhibition Catalogue "COMTRANSґ13" is a 4-colour edition in Format A5 and a circulation of apprx.1000 printed copies, which will be distributed during the Exhibition FREE of charge.

Every Visitor will receive a copy of the catalog in printed form or on a disc for free.

Advertising in this Catalogue will help the visitors to find your company, learn more about your products and contact you after the Exhibition.
