ATTENTION:

It is prohibited:

- Using of private cable extensions;
- Connection of lighting engineering, mobile stands with lighting, lighting constructions and other equipment mounted on the basis of electrical wiring.

In case of the above mentioned violations the representative of Control Engineering Department will make an act of abuse and switch-off the electricity, unless the Exhibitor will pass the paid approval procedure in the mentioned department of BuildExpo.

CONNECTING OF PLUMBING AND COMPRESSED AIR

Note to clause W.2.: 1.  Water connection can be provided only if the connection points (hatches) are available at the customerґs stand or in adjacent aisles. Applications will be accepted only if the connection is technically possible and only upon agreement with the Organizer. 2.  Connecting water and air consumers to the provided hose is performed by the developer (Exhibitor) on its own with use of its own components and materials.
P.3.	Connection of compressed air without connection for consumers, for the whole event period:
P.3.1.	Connection to compressed air line, including compressed air supply with a reinforced hose of a diameter of 1/2”, with air consumption up to 30 mі /hour, for 1 connection	403.00

Note to clause P.3.: Connecting air consumers to the provided hose is performed by the developer (Exhibitor) on its own with use of its own components and materials. The tariff includes the cost of compressed air consumption.
Note to clauses W.2 and P.3: 1.  In cases of water (air) leakage caused by poor quality of connections for consumers made by the developer (Exhibitor) or their malfunctioning, the Exhibitor compensates to Crocus Expo for losses in the amount of incurred damages (damages of materials of adjacent stands, making electrical cables wet and, as a result, absence of electricity at the adjacent stands, reduced pressure of compressed air in network due to its leakage caused by low quality Mounting performed by the developer). 2.  Requests will be only accepted with the scheme of the connection points at the Exhibitor's stand.

OVERTIME USE OF EXHIBITION SPACES DURING MOUNTING AND DISMANTLING

Terms of ordering spaces for overtime Mounting / Dismantling:

·  The minimum overtime ordering for the first Mounting day is 3 hours. Time is calculated backwards from 20:00. (Example: If you need 3 hours overtime on September 4th, you shall take it from 17:00 to 20:00);

·  If you order the overtime on the second overtime Mounting day, you must take the whole day of 12 hours and the space which mustnґt be smaller than the day before;

·  The minimum overtime ordering for Dismantling is 3 hours. Time is calculated from 08:00 of September 17th;

·  The minimum overtime use in the night time from 20:00 to 08:00 on September 6, 7, 8, and September 16 shall be possible only for the whole stand area for 3 hours at least;

·  Ordering of overtime from 20:00 of September 8th to 08:00 of September 9th is only possible with a 100% surcharge;

·  For exhibition stands under 300 mІ overtime shall be ordered for the whole stand area;

·  For exhibition stands over 300 mІ overtime shall be ordered for not less than 150 mІ.

ATTENTION:

During Mounting and Dismantling, for stand builders is strictly prohibited to occupy the aisles outside the boundaries of your exhibition stand (p. 2.2., 16.1. of General Rules for Exhibitors).

CLEANING

FORM 6.0 STAND No.

At the COMTRANSґ2013 cleaning services of your stand will be offered for Exhibitors one time a day ONLY during the Working Days of the Exhibition (from September 9th to 14th, 2013) between 08:00 and 10:00 o'clock.

Cleaning of exhibition stand includes daily cleaning of the whole stand area, which includes: vacuum-cleaning of carpet or wet wiping of floor inside and outside the cabin as well as emptying the waste baskets.

SECURITY

FORM 7.0 STAND No.

The general security service will be provided during the Mounting, conducting and Dismantling of the Exhibition. However, the Organizer does not provide individual security services to ensure safety of the Exhibitors' stands. In accordance with the General Rules for Exhibitors the Organizer shall not assume any liability for loss of or damage to any Exhibitor's property. If you are concerned about safety of your stand during night hours, we advise you to order the individual security services (stand security guard or security guard for entrance control) for the period when representatives of your company are absent from the stand.

ATTENTION: Individual Guard Staff for the night hours September be ordered only through the Organizer.

It is strictly prohibited to organize an independent security service of your exhibition stand in the night time.

The exhibition stands and exhibits shall be passed to the security guards and back ONLY in the presence of the Exhibitorґs representatives.

The minimum working time of the individual security service shall be 4 hours.
