When using the specialized premises in accordance with the terms of section 8 the term "day" means the time from 10:00 to 18:00, “Ѕ day” - 4 hours during this period. Use of specialized premises outside the specified period is made on an hourly basis. Specialized premises will be open 30 minutes before the time specified in the application. In case of conducting of banquets, coffee breaks and others the fare increases by 50%. Additional rental of conference rooms for construction works is carried out under section 7. Any change in the type of seating in conference rooms in the whole event period shall be carried out by engaging additional staff according to p.3.7.2. a) of this Service Manual with 100 % surcharge. | |||||||||||

Note to clause 7.5.: The conference halls constitute 3 blocks comprising 12 halls each with transformable sound-proof partitions. It is possible to unite several conference halls or two or three blocks at the same time. Conference halls are equipped with tables for the presidium and chairs, which makes it possible to arrange "theatre" seating for conferences and negotiations. Any transformation of conference halls ("round table", "class" seating, etc.) shall be performed by way of engagement additional service personnel in accordance with clause 4.7.3 with increase of the costs by 100 %. | |||||||||||
