Generation on THz Radiation in Dual-Wavelength VECSEL
The numerical study of terahertz generation via different frequency mixing in two-wavelength vertical external cavity surface emitting laser is presented. Nonlinear crystal for frequency conversion is placed inside the resonator to increase terahertz radiation power. The dynamical model is based on modified Lang-Kobayashi equations. Numerical simulation through varying round trip time in the external cavity and feedback rate is demonstrated.

Beer-Lamber Law in Photonic Crystals Spectroscopic Study
Photonic crystal fibers (PCF) are used in spectroscopy of gas and liquid media. In such structure classical Beer-Lambert law can’t be applied. Biortogonal modes for tellurite PCF were calculated. Propagation of tellurite glass using Beer-Lamber Law was obtained and compared with previous results.

Silicon-Containing Compounds for Water Inflow Restriction in Oil Wells
Gelling compounds are known to be effective physical and chemical methods for filtration resistance regulation in a face zone and in a formation depth.
In order to develop the composition working at high formation temperatures which is especially important in view of building deeper wells the composition based on liquid glass and hydrolysis products of tetraethoxysilane has been studied. It has been shown, that the composition with an optimal content of sodium silicate in the amount of 9 % has been thermostable and can be used for work over of high-temperature wells up to 150 °C.
Thus, new silicon-containing compounds for water inflow restriction in oil wells, working up to 150 °C and with high formation water content, have been proposed. The specific formulations of compositions are chosen taking into consideration specific formation conditions.

Mineralogical Characteristics of Sandy Rocks in Bobrikovsky Horizon within Berezovsky Groups of Uplifts near Saratov Volga Region
As a result of studying sandy rock materials in Bobrikovsky horizon it was established that the main accessory minerals are tourmaline, rutile, zircon, leucoxene, ore materials - ilmenite and chromite, grenades and anatase are found as isolated grains. Morphological variety of minerals, especially tourmaline, rutile and zircon shows that that the source of terrigenous material during the formation of sandy rocks in Bobrikovsky horizon served the Voronezhsky crystalline rock protrusion and a more ancient set of sedimentary rocks.

The description of the influence of the chemical environment of aeration The Briggs–Rauscher oscillating reaction on the characteristics of self-oscillation. Found that the change in the concentration of iodide complexes in the reaction of Briggs-Rauscher may be associated with an increase in the oxygen environment and fluctuations of intermedianty. The influence on reaction mechanisms autocooperative Briggs-Rauscher one of the main natural oxidants - oxygen - and its radical forms. Shows how the oxidation-reduction potential in the oxygen saturation during artificial aeration, when irradiated with electromagnetic radiation at frequencies characteristic of the absorption spectrum of oxygen, and the combination of radiation and aeration

Old Pipelines Insulating Cover`s Features and its Protective Properties Characterizing Parameters Selection
Now measurements results of isolation condition quality control of pipelines after the long exploitation of normal electrometric methods have some inaccuracies. In this work, the analysis of isolation condition of old pipelines of gas-distribution systems is provided, features of protective properties of such coverings are considered. The main characteristics and basic functions of protective properties of coverings which are lost in the course of the long exploitation are described. Relevance of diagnosing the problem of pipeline insulating covering systems is justified.
