Открытый слог: make, name, say, cake, take, skate, Kate, day;

Закрытый слог: cat, black, cap, bad;

Жюри подводит итоги. Ведущая проводит с болельщиками и зрителями игру «Аукцион». На заданную ведущей букву ребята(зрители и болельщики, среди которых могут быть друзья, старшие братья и сестры) называют слова, которые начинаются с этой буквы (или которые содержат в себе эту букву). Тот, кто назвал последнее слово, получает приз.

В завершение программы все поют песню:

Dong - dong - dong-ding,

Listen to me, dear Jim.

Ding-ding-ding-dong,

Listen to me, dear John.

Dong - dong - dong-ding,

Listen to me and sing!

Listen to me and say,

Задачи: активизация лексического и грамматического материала, развитие творческих способностей, воспитание ребят в духе любви и заботы о животных.

Ход мероприятия

The world of animals is cool.

And we admire as a rule.

Leader: Boys and girls, are you OK?

Have a nice and happy day!

And now let us sing our song.

Все поют:

Every day, every day

We can sing, we can play.

Every day we go to school

And learn English as a rule.

We are fine, we are the best,

Every day we have a rest.

Our school is the best,

After lessons we have a rest!

Leader: And now, let us have a rest with English and our favourite animals.

Ведущая представляет состав жюри и приглашает команды на сцену. Затем знакомит болельщиков и гостей с участниками встречи-соревнования. Команды представляют свои визитки.

«Команда Butterflies» (they sing):

We are the coloured butterflies,

We are beautiful and nice.

Every day we can fly,

We can fly in the sky.

We can dance (action),

We can fly (action),

Up and high in the sky!

Команда «Cats» (поют):

We are nice and funny cats,

We are wearing the hats (shows).

Our hats are blue and red,

We are nice and funny cats.

Do you like the funny cats?

We take off our hats!

(снимают, делают поклон)

Команда «Dogs» (поют):

We are dogs, we're strong and brave.

Don't touch us, bow-wow, hey!

We like running, like to jump.

Very often we can bump!

We don't like the cat's «mew-mew».

Dear children, what's about you?

Жюри оценивает костюмы и выступления команд. Идет выступление учащихся средней параллели.

Pupils sing:

Tiger, tiger, you are bright!

You have got black-orange stripes.

In the forest of the night

You can walk and you can hide.

When it's sunny weather,

We can play together.

We are here: Pete and Nick.

Let us play hide-and-seek.

The tiger appears on the stage, the children try to hide.

Tiger: It's my kingdom. Who are you? Go away! And don't go to the forest alone. It is dangerous.

You are so naughty, so noisy you are.

Кто вас одних отпустил, детвора?

Играйте в прятки во дворе,

Там не опасно детворе.

Жюри объявляет итоги, ведущая знакомит команды с заданием.

Задание 1, 1 этап:

Расположение 3-х демонстрационных досок: слева, справа и в центре сцены.

Слева на каждой доске расположены столбиком слова: frog, horse, rabbit, elephant, bear, monkey, tortoise, giraffe, snake, fox. Каждая команда получает набор картинок, которые необходимо закрепить напротив слов: лягушка, лошадь, кролик, слон, медведь, обезьяна, черепаха, жираф, змея, лиса за определенный промежуток времени (в зависимости от уровня подготовки учащихся).

2 этап: Ребята получают набор карточек, которые надо расположить напротив животных (список прежний) в следующем порядке: green, strong, white, big, brown, fast, slow, nice, angry, red.

Жюри подводит итоги. Выступление учащихся средней параллели.

Ребята выходят с игрушечными медвежатами, поют и выполняют движения по тексту:

My Teddy Bear has got a sweet tooth,

O-la-la-la-la!

To buy sweet honey he needs some money,

O-la-la-la-la!

Who gives him money to buy some honey?

O-la-la-la-la!

Our Mother gives some money.

O-la-la-la-la!

We go together to buy sweet honey,

Oh, how happy we are!

Итоги. Задание 2: На столе у жюри набор игрушек (животные). В коробке карточки с номерами. Капитаны команд тянут жребий (по 2 номера). И получают 2 игрушки для устного описания. Определяется время для подготовки и порядок высказывания. Оценивается грамотность, количество предложений, произношение.

Во время подготовки болельщики и гости пожеланию (с целью добавить баллы любимой команде) заполняют карточки с заданием:

Answer the questions or finish the sentences:

2.  What colour is your pet?

3.  Is it big or small?

4.  What can it do?

5.  It can't …

6.  It likes to eat …

7.  It likes to drink …

8.  Who feeds your pet?

Жюри работает по подведению итогов: высказывания команд, работа по карточкам. Идет выступление старших ребят.

Hare's tail

The white hair appears, jumps and sing:

Hello, hello, I'm a little white hair.

And I can jump here and there.

I live in the forest and have got a house.

My friends come to me: the hare and mouse.

We play in the grass, we warm in the sun.

And we are so happy, having much fun!

Fox appears: Who is singing? Who is so happy? Are you happy, you, silly Bunny? No, you are not happy. You can't be happy.

Bunny: but why, Foxie? I have got my friends. They are very kind and funny. They come to me. We play in the grass. We warm in the sun.

Fox: Oh, silly Bunny! You can't be happy. Turn back. Look at your tail. Have you got it? It's a pity, but I haven't. And where are you going, Foxie?

Fox: I am going to the shop. They are selling tails. I want to buy a nice red tail.

Bunny: Where is the shop?

Fox: It is far from our forest.

Bunny: Dear Foxie, I am waiting for my friends. I can't go with you. Can you buy a tail for me?

Fox: That's not a good idea. I haven't got a lot of money.

Bunny: Here you are, dear Foxie.

Fox: Well, well, I will do it.

Bunny's friends, the hare and the mouse appear:

Hello, Bunny! Let us dance and sing together.

They dance and sing:

We are friends, we like to play

On a warm and sunny day.

We can jump and run about,

We can sing and we can count:

One, two, three and four and five,

Do you see? The day is fine!

The fox appears: I am very sorry, but there is no tail for you.

Friends: What has happened?

Bunny: Where is my tail?

Fox: There are no tails more in the shop.

Friends see a very short tail on the ground.

Friends: Oh, Bunny, look at the ground! There is a tail there!

Fox: Oh, such a short tail! Look at my tail. It is long, red and very nice.

Bunny: Yes, my tail is not so long and nice. But it's my tail. And now I have got a tail too.

Жюри подводит итоги. Ведущая знакомит команды с очередным заданием.

Задание 2: Команды, болельщики и гости получают карточки с кроссвордом. За определенный промежуток времени необходимо найти как можно больше названий животных.
