Mouse: And what do you usually eat?

Jack: I am very sorry, but I can't. There is a lot of English for tomorrow. I haven't got any time to go here and there.

Granny: I can't go shopping every day. Besides they show a very interesting film on TV. It is the comedy of my youth. I can't miss it.

Mother: Can you Mike?

Mike: No Mummy, I can't. You see, I have got different socks. One is grey and the other is red! I can never find my socks.

Mother: Because your room is so messy. Besides, I am very busy with my bike. Well Mum, ask girls to go shopping. You see, we are busy.

They sing:

Girls go away. Everybody is busy. Mother cleans the room.

A little later the girls come in. They have got a lot of ice cream in their hands. They are happy. And they laugh.

The family together: Where is my water? Where are my apples? Where are my CDs?

Mother: And where is the shopping bag?

Girls are very surprised. They look at each other. They can't hold a lot of ice cream. Everything is on the floor.

Girls: Sorry, Mummy. The shopping bag is in the shop.

Mother: You see, this is my family!

Christmas comes with presents and lights!

Праздник проводится в зале у елки. Ребята располагаются за столами с праздничным детским угощением. Действующие лица появляются по ходу выступления. Затем занимают места за праздничными столами. Звучит музыка, появляется ведущая. Это Снежинка.

Snowflake: Hello, dear friends! I am glad to see you in our hall. Winter is my best season. Would you like to know why? It is because Winter is my dearest Granny!

Granny, dear Granny, where are you? We are waiting for you. Well, boys and girls, let us clap together! Granny Winter can hear us. And she will come to us.

Children clap and sing:

Clap, clap, clap your hands. We can sing, we can dance.

Winter, winter come to me, and bring holidays for me.

We can skate and we can ski.

Winter, winter come to me.

Появляется бабушка Зима с волшебной полочкой.

Granny Winter: Hello, boys and girls! I can give you holidays, I can give you Christmas and New Year. And now I can give you a lot of snow! Snowflakes, come here!

Зима взмахивает волшебной палочкой. Появляются ее внучки – девочки-снежинки. Звучит музыка.

Snowflakes sing and dance:

Granny Winter: You can see a lot of snow everywhere. Can you make a snowman?

Проводится игра. Две команды ребят получают лист ватмана, который крепится на демонстрационной доске. На ватмане два овала Снеговика. При помощи фломастеров, цветной бумаги, ножниц и скотча команды стараются сделать своего Снеговика как можно красивее. Затем ребята водят вокруг Снеговиков хоровод и поют:

You are big and fat and round.

And we put you on the ground.

Like a carrot is your nose.

And your cheeks are a rosy rose.

You're so funny, dear Fred,

With a bucket on your head.

Ребята слышат шум. Убирают Снеговиков и быстро садятся за столы.

Snowflake: What happened? Why is it so noisy?

Wolves come in, they begin to cry:

We are angry! We are hungry! Where is a little hare? Can you see a hare anywhere?

Children: No, we can't see!

Но ребята вдруг замечают, что под елкой появился маленький белый зайчонок.

Hare: Can you help me, boys and girls? Oh, help me, help me, please! I am an unusual hare. I can make a magic! I can make the lights on the tree bright, very bright! And your party will be great!

Children (one by one): Well, wolves, do you like Christmas and New Year?

Wolves: Yes, we like holidays very much. But we like to eat white hares too.

Children: Do you like to get Christmas Presents?

Wolves: Yes, we do. But we are hungry. We would like to get a white hare.

Children: Wolves, would you like to see a magic?

Wolves: Certainly, because it's Christmas!

Children: Sit down at the table and wait for a magic and presents.

Wolves: Can we get a hare as a present?

Children: Yes, here you are. Do you like them?

Wolves: They smell yummy.

Ребята угостили волков пряничными зайцами и те успокоились и сели за стол. Зайчик со светящейся волшебной палочкой танцует у елки и поет:

He says: Dear boys and girls, help me, please! Can you repeat these magic words three times?

Огни на елке загораются, все водят хоровод. Ведущая Снежинка поет запев, припев поют все.

Появляется Снегурочка.

Snowmaden: Hello, dear friends! I am very glad to see you. Merry Christmas! Happy New Year! Can I see my Grandpa? Do you know him? He is Ded Moroz! Oh, I can't see Ded Moroz. Where is he? I worry. My way was snowy and frosty but easy. And Ded Moroiz lives far away. It is difficult for him to come to us. Let's help him. Let us make a winter way for him.

Cнегурочка объясняет правила игры. Две команды получают белые листы и скрепки, при помощи которых они за определенное время должны выстроить зимнюю дорогу для Деда Мороза.

Snowmaden: the way is difficult. Ded Moroz is hungry. And best of all he likes to eat white and cold snowballs.

В конце каждой выстроенной дороги Снегурочка ставит «кадушку» (коробку) для засолки снежков. Звучит «У леса на опушке». Ребята с определенного расстояния стараются забросить как можно больше снежков для Деда Мороза. В качестве снежков используются пластмассовые шары или бумажные. Каждый участник игры выполняет по несколько бросков.

Snowmaden: Everything is ready. Let us wait for Ded Moroz.

Слышен звон бубенцов. Он приближается.
