Получать от Репозитария предназначенные для Клиента отчетные документы, связанные с исполнением репозитарных операций, исполнение которых было инициировано данным лицом, за исключением счетов и счетов-фактур за оказанные Клиенту репозитарные услуги.	To sign, in its own name and for the benefit of the Client, the Repository Services Agreement in respect of the Master Agreements to which the Client is a party; to receive from the Repository the reporting documents intended for the Client in connection with the performance by the Repository of the Repository Operations the performance of which was initiated by that person, with the exception of invoices and VAT-invoices for the Repository Services rendered to the Client.

Используемые термины

Сверка – процесс сопоставления встречных сообщений, направляемых Информирующими лицами в Репозитарий для регистрации генерального соглашения or сделки.

Поле обязательной сверки (ПОС) – поля, которые должны совпадать в обоих встречных сообщениях для успешного прохождения регистрации.

Поле дополнительной сверки (ПДС) – поля, не обязательные для прохождения регистрации. В случае полного совпадения этих полей во встречных сообщениях, сведения из полей вносятся в реестр договоров.

Не сверяемое поле (НСП) – поля сообщений, которые не участвуют в процессе сверки. НСП служат для передачи технической информации о сообщении (отправитель, номер сообщения и пр.)

Полная сверка – указание Клиентов Репозитария на осуществление полной сверки по всем ПОС и ПДС, содержащееся в зарегистрированном в Репозитарии Генеральном соглашении.

В случае отсутствия реальных значений, поля обязательной сверки заполняются следующим образом:

Terms and definitions

Comparison means a process of comparing counterpart messages sent by the reporting agents to the Repository for registering for the purpose of registering a Master Agreement: or a contract.

Obligatory comparison data field (Obligatory CDF) means the data fields the data in which must be identical in both counterpart messages for the submitted data to be registered.

Optional comparison data field (Optional CDF) means the data fields the data in which is not required to be identical for the submitted data to be registered. However, if the data in such sections match, such data are also recorded in the contracts register.

Data field not required to be collated (NCDF) means data fields which are not required to be collated. NCDF contain technical information on a message (sender, message number, etc.).

Complete data comparison –the wording to be used by the Clients when filling out the reporting form to select a complete comparison, which shall include comparison of both Obligatory and Optional CDF in respect of a Master Agreement: registered by the Repository.

If there are no actual data, the obligatory comparison data fields shall be filled in as follows:

ü  Text field = UKWN

ü  Date field =

ü  Date and time field = T 00:00:00

ü  Digital field = 00.00
