Справочник подготавливается в виде EXCEL файла.

Справочник доступен для скачивания на страничке Репозитария (http://www. *****/ru/services/repository).

Размещение актуального справочника производится не менее одного раза в день по рабочим дням.

Структура EXCEL файла:

The reference guide shall be prepared in the form of an EXCEL file.

The reference guide can be downloaded from the Repository’s website at http://www. *****/ru/services/repository.

The updated reference guide shall be published not less frequently than once a day on working days.

[*] В случае назначения сторонами генерального соглашения одного информирующего лица по договорам, заключенным на условиях Генерального соглашения, в поле «способ согласования» необходимо указать «комбинированный». / If the parties to the master agreement appoint one reporting agent in respect of the contracts concluded on the terms and conditions of the master agreement, the “combined” option should be checked in the “contracts agreement method” field.

[†] В случае назначения сторонами генерального соглашения одного информирующего лица по договорам, заключенным на условиях Генерального соглашения, в поле «способ согласования» необходимо указать «комбинированный». / If the parties to the master agreement appoint one reporting agent in respect of the contracts concluded on the terms and conditions of the master agreement, then the “combined” option is required to be checked in the “contracts affirmation method” field.

[‡] Содержание Анкеты представляет собой таблицу, в которой одному номеру (одному пулу номеров) договоров может соответствовать несколько записей по маржевым суммам. / The contents of a reporting form are set out in a table in which several entries in respect of margin amounts may correspond to one number (one pool of numbers) of contracts.

[§] Указывается в соответствии с Приложение N 7 к Порядку ведения реестра договоров, заключенных на условиях генерального соглашения (единого договора), утвержденного приказом ФСФР России от 01.01.2001 N 11-68/пз-н / To be indicated in accordance with Appendix No. 7 to the Procedures for the maintenance of a register of contracts concluded on the terms and conditions of a master agreement (an integrated agreement) approved by FFMS of Russia decree No. 11-68/пз-н dated 28 December 2011.

[**] В случае указания маржевых сумм (количества) с кодом, отличным от кода валюты, необходимо включить в отчет сведения о маржевых суммах, выраженных в валюте./ If the margin amounts (quantities) are indicated with a code that differs from the currency code, it will be necessary to include in the report information on margin amounts expressed in the relevant currency
