Summary: Cytoflavin influence on the course of burn shock during at its three day use in complex therapy is discussed in the article. Activation of aerobic glucose oxidation was noticed in patients on the background of the therapy, which was manifested by significant decrease of glycemia level as soon as the second day of the the end of the first day peripheral blood circulation, peristalsis and diuresis were restored. Cytoflavin positive effect on lipid peroxide oxidation was found, which was expressed by the marked decrease of melanin dialdehyde level in the main group, this corresponded to lactate dehydrogenase level. Cytoflavin inclusion in complex therapy allowed to use surgical methods of treatment at an early stage (3-d day), thus shortening the period of treatment of patients with vast thermal lesions

Summary. Therapeutic efficiency of Cytoflavin in tabletted form in chronic brain ischemia, including asthenovegetative syndrome, was demonstrated in multicenter randomized studies. Clinical manifestations of asthenia, alarm, depression, cognitive, emotional disorders were minimized, thus considerably improving life quality of the observed patients. Efficiency of the drug was confirmed by improving of physical, mental state of the observed patients, having improved their social activity.
