Summary. An analysis of social position and epidemiological environment of 507 juveniles, cured in children’s health resort «Pushkinskii» from 1991 to 2002 (300 patients) and from 2005 to 2008 year (207 patients) is conducted. It is established of increase of one-parent family and orphans. Rising established quantity of juveniles from seats of tuberculosis (from 30,0% to 45,1%) and from «seats of death» (from 10,7% to 21,8%). This led to changes of clinical forms of tuberculosis and drug-resistance tuberculosis’s appearance. 43,8% of juveniles have tuberculosis which is held torpid and wavy. As a result necessity of intensification of medical and social functions of children’s health resorts.

Summarу: The prevalence extent of risk factors of tuberculosis incidence, deciding the epidemiological tension among 505 aboriginal persons and 574 newcomers in the Far North, was studied. It was determined, that there is the high prevalence of risk factors among aboriginal population in the Far North and it is a reason of high tuberculosis incidence in this ethnic group.

Summary: The article is a brief review representing the use of art therapy methods in different fields if medicine including «big» and «small» psychiatry, narcology and general medical practice. The examples of successful application of art therapy to the treatment of various disorders are given and obstacles to its further implementation in medicine are considered.
