Summary: In a survey of 132 patients with HCV-infection the predominance of genotypes 1 and 3 was found out. Patients of the «non-1» virus genotype have a higher viral load than a similar group of HCV genotype-1 patients. A direct correlative relationship between the level of viremia and the severity of cytolytic syndrome was found out. Reduce of the immunological reactivity in patients with HCV-infection gives ground to using interferon 1 and 2 types for the therapeutic purpose.

Summary: The results of retrospective survey on measles incidence from 1960 to 2008 are presented. Both the epidemiological effectiveness of vaccination against measles for predisposed children cohort according to vaccination calendar and expedience of additional wide vaccination for adults in the age cohort from 10 to 29 years were studied.
