Summary: Parameters of endogenic intoxication and POL in children with intestinal parasitic diseases were studied. Obtained results show that interactions of medium-sized peptides with parameters of POL and AOS are of great importance in pathogenesis of parasitic diseases.

Summary. The article represents the data on Cycloferon administration to children of 4 to 18 years of age for urgent nonspecific prophylaxis of ARVI and influenza. Children of the principal group received Cycloferon for one month according to the unique regimen. Children of the control group received reference drug Revit according to the same regimen. Influence of Cycloferon onto ARVI and influenza frequency as well as clinical manifestation on the disease and local immunity was assessed. The results obtained show that Cycloferon reduces the frequency and duration of ARVI and influenza in children, lowers the manifestation of intoxication symptoms and catarrhal effects in upper respiratory tract. The positive effect of Cycloferon on local immunity in upper respiratory tract was registered in all the children. The latter was observed right after the therapy and in catamnesis one month latter. Drug tolerance in preschool children and children of primary school age was evaluated as good, and in children of secondary school age as good and satisfactory.
